Is Fizz available across Canada?
Fizz's mobile services are currently available in several Canadian provinces, including Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.
Does Fizz offer 5G and 5G+?
Yes, Fizz’s mobile network offers 5G coverage in several urban areas across Canada and 5G+ in certain areas. Please note that the display of the 5G or 5G+ icon depends on the settings and criteria established by each device manufacturer. As a result, two phones connected to the same network, in the same location, may display different icons while delivering a comparable, high-performance 5G experience.
I ordered my SIM card online, how long until I receive it?
Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Can I use any mobile phone with Fizz?
Your phone must be compatible with Fizz, as well as VoLTE certified on the Fizz network.
What is the Fizz referral program?
Activate your first Fizz plan using a referral code and you’ll get a $25 bonus.9 Once you’re a member, you’ll have your very own referral code to share. Any new member who uses it to activate their first Fizz plan will earn you both a referral bonus. Cha-ching.
Is there an activation fee?
No. At Fizz, whether you buy a new phone or bring your own, or if you get an eSIM or a physical SIM card, there is no activation fee to activate your SIM.
