- 🥑 Avocado LSTM Forecasting – Built and tuned an LSTM model to forecast avocado prices, gaining hands-on experience in time series forecasting, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics.
- 🎨 Image Generation with GAN – Designed and trained a Generative Adversarial Network to generate realistic pistachio images, exploring adversarial training, data augmentation, and creative AI applications.
- 🏨 Hotel Booking Cancellation Prediction – Developed and deployed an ML model with FastAPI + Streamlit to predict booking cancellations, complete with real-time probability scores and SHAP explanations.
- 🚢 Ships Detection with YOLO – Trained YOLOv8 for real-time ship detection in aerial images, achieving 0.75 precision and 0.52 mAP50 through preprocessing, augmentation, and parameter tuning.
- 📚 Quality of Education in Indonesia – Conducted data analysis with BPS & Kemendikbud datasets and built an interactive R Shiny dashboard revealing disparities in resources and correlations with poverty.
