Autoconf:

sudo apt install autoconf

Libtool library:

sudo apt-get install libtool

Building tools (GCC and the rest):

sudo apt update
sudo apt install build-essential

GMP:

sudo apt-get install libgmp3-dev

autoreconf --install
./configure --without-cuda
make
make check
