This repository contains the code for analyzing the algorithmic data studied in the paper: Algorithmic Monocultures in Hiring (Bommasani, Bana, Creel et al., FAccT 2026). The underlying data is not available because it was proprietary to the hiring algorithm vendor studied in the world and shared under a data use agreement that prevents redistribution by the authors.
