Sam Hadfield // Software Developer

🎸 Former independent musician who is transitioning into software development.

  • Quit pursuing music career in 2020 after over a decade of writing songs, singing in bars, and working odd jobs
  • Transitioned into IT Help Desk in 2021
  • Worked as a Help Desk Technician and Account Manager at an MSP in western Kentucky
  • Worked as an SDR for CrowdStrike in Austin, TX
  • Ultimately decided that dev is where I need to be
  • Began studying The Odin Project full time in September 2024
  • Working hard to land my first dev job in 2026

📚 Currently Work On:

  • Video Game Inventory Management app - my second NodeJS/Express project
