The Groupe Snef is a French leader in construction engineering and management; engineering, integration, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems; design and manufacturing of industrial solutions; digital transformation, data management, and cybersecurity; and the development and integration of specialized software for design, product lifecycle, and performance management.

Building on its strong fundamentals, the Groupe Snef continues to grow.

The 2025 fiscal year closed with consolidated revenue of €2.2 billion. EBITDA amounted to €203 million, representing 9.3% of revenue. The order backlog stabilized at approximately €3.5 billion, representing more than 19 months of annual revenue. The Group’s net financial debt is limited to €195 million, representing a debt-to-EBITDA ratio of less than 1.2 (excluding the application of IFRS 16).

2025 is a very special year for our company. It marks the end of a 120-year cycle, which is no small feat. The company was founded in 1905 at the Port of Marseille. At that time, it performed electrical work on board ships.
