Mandy specializes in providing customizable skin care considering guests overall well-being, including factors like stress and lifestyle. When not in the treatment room, they indulge in listening to and making music, grounding walks along Lake Erie, and snuggling their cat, C.C. Babcock. She’s pretty cool. Originally from Warren, OH, they have called Cleveland home for over 14 years. In their spare time they also find deep joy in botanical science, organic and science-backed skincare ingredients, and accessible ways to make treatments more comfortable and special for us all.

Faceplant uses gentle ingredients and gentle, noninvasive techniques such as facial massage, gua sha, cryo globes, and manual lymphatic drainage to improve skin health, improve circulation, and support your body’s natural healing process. Each facial aims to address a wide range of skin concerns with personalized care.
For hair removal we use a gentle, hypoallergenic soft and hard wax. For brow/lash/mustache/beard tinting, a professional grade, vegan tint.
All facials are performed by Mandy and include their holistic skin consultation where they will design a facial and skincare plan based on your needs & concerns. Topics include skin care history, nutrition, allergies, at home regime, and desired results.
Faceplant is a built-in gratuity space. This ensures transparent stress-free pricing so you can simply relax and receive.

Accessibility:
The entrance to Juicebox and Faceplant features zero step entry. There is one restroom available for our guests stocked with essential resources.

Parking:
We have a small but mighty lot shared with 2 other adjoining small businesses. First come, first serve.
Free parking along W. 110th
On Clifton Blvd. parking is free and open EXCEPT between 4pm-6:30pm weekdays due to bus line.

Faceplant is located on the corner of Clifton Blvd. and W. 110th St. inside of Juicebox Creative Studio + Gathering Space.
When you arrive, you will be greeted in the Juicebox retail space. When ready, Mandy will take you to the treatment room to start your service!

Out of respect for my time, I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling for all services. My cancellation fee is 50% of booked services within 24 hours, I understand that sometimes things are out of our control so this will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The No-Show fee is 100% of services booked, and you will be required to prepay for any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
Right to refuse Service
As the service provider, I have the right to halt or refuse service in the case of abusive or inappropriate behavior. Don't be creepy. Don’t be rude.
