Can I change to another phone to use this eSIM?

No. An eSIM QR code can only be used on one phone and cannot be scanned or installed more than once. The QR code becomes invalid if the cellular plan is removed from the device.

Why is there no option to add a cellular plan?

Please verify that your phone supports eSIM. Go to Settings → General → About (iPhone) or Settings → Connections → SIM Manager (Android) to confirm eSIM compatibility.

Is it possible to end the package early?

Yes. Simply remove the cellular plan from your device settings to end the package early.

Can I add a new package if my current package is not finished?

Yes. Go through the purchase process normally and add the appropriate cellular plan to your device. Your current package will not be affected.

Can I activate the eSIM outside my destination country?

We recommend activating the package at the destination. If you have already added the cellular plan outside the destination, disable it (do not activate) and enable it only when you arrive.

"Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change" — what does this mean?

This error means a network issue prevented the installation. Move to a more stable Wi-Fi or mobile network and try again.

Does the eSIM include a phone number?

No. Hero eSIM is a data-only SIM card. It does not include voice calls or SMS. Use your primary SIM for calls or internet-based apps (WhatsApp, FaceTime, etc.).
