HR’s Enhanced Service Model
To best support the people that make WashU great, we have refined our service model to enhance the employee experience beginning with our Danforth Campus and CFU employees.

Access to Workday after Separating from WashU
Beginning July 1, 2026, workers who leave WashU will have their WashU Key and related single sign-on access disabled on the termination date. To request access to WashU systems, such as Workday, please call HR at 314-935-4748 for assistance.

GLP-1 coverage for Wegovy and Zepound
Find step-by-step information to fill and refill your prescription with WashU’s vendor, RXSaveCard.

Workday Learning Project Update (May 2026)
Employee learning content has been transitioned from Learn@Work to Workday Learning. Workday Learning is expected to be the university’s primary Learning Management System as of summer 2026. Learn more about the project at Workday@WashU.
