Technically, it is possible, because she can change the shape of her body, and that means she can grow all sorts of things. I also would like to add new additional scenes for existing characters, and one of these scenes could contain something like this. But for now, new characters are planned for development, and the existing ones may be expanded upon after release, if the game becomes even slightly popular. But a separate new "dick girl" will definitely come out after the release as free update.
