The short answers.
Jabalog is a personal journal for your GLP-1 shots, for iPhone and Apple Watch. You log each injection, and optionally side effects and weight, set a reminder on your own schedule, and keep your whole history in one place. It records what you enter, nothing more.
Jabalog tracks tirzepatide and semaglutide by active ingredient, and you can also enter a custom dose. Brand names such as Mounjaro, Zepbound, Ozempic and Wegovy appear only so you recognise your medication.
Yes. Alongside the standard tirzepatide and semaglutide doses, you can type in a custom dose amount. So if you and your doctor have agreed on a dose that is not one of the presets, you can still log exactly what you took.
Yes. You choose a dosing interval in days, and after you log a shot Jabalog schedules one reminder for the time you picked. There is no recurrence, snooze or automatic adjustment, and you can turn reminders off by clearing the interval.
On your device by default. There is no Jabalog account and no Jabalog server, and the app contains no analytics or trackers. If you turn on iCloud, your entries sync through your own private iCloud, which we cannot see.
Jabalog is free to try for 15 days. After that, a single one-time purchase ($9.99 in the US) unlocks it for good, with no subscription and nothing to cancel.
