Not quite. Jane is the software your clinic runs on. For appointments, cancellations, or questions about your care, reach out to your clinic directly. Their contact info should be in any confirmation email they've sent you.
Try the "Forgot Password" link on the Jane login page. That usually does the trick, but if you’re still stuck, just reach out by chat or phone, and we'll get you sorted.
