Hi, I guide meditations every Monday @7.30pm on Zoom. The sessions are free and I ask any donations to be put through here where at the end of the month all money goes to the Hellen Keller Foundation to support children with Vitamin-A deficiency in mainly Africa and South-East Asia. Each Vitamin A supplement costs a little over £1, meaning you can possibly save a life for almost £1. All donations are appreciated 🙏❤️
