HEARTBEET OF THE HUDSON
Dark - Earthy - Bittersweet
New York farms produce a third of the country’s beets, and what better way to highlight their brilliant color and earthy sweetness than to incorporate them in our signature English Stout. Full bodied, malty, and bittersweet with hints of chocolate and a frothy pink head. Pair with a spread of your favorite charcuterie or make a rich dessert even richer by serving it with this one of a kind stout.

CLOUDS OVER CLERMONT
Citrusy - Hoppy - Smooth
Our take on this fan favorite style balances hoppy bitterness with malty sweetness. We use New York grown Cascade, Chinook, and Columbia hops to bring you a flavor and aroma that we think is the perfect blend of citrus and pine. Straw yellow, medium bodied with a fluffy white head. Pair this beer with spicy pork tacos, Pad Thai, chicken thighs, or enjoy it on its own year-round.

TWO RIVERS PILSNER
Crispy - Spicy - Classic
New York’s home grown ingredients really shine in this traditional Czech Pilsner. Crisp, classic, and refreshing, this beer is light in color, pouring clean and clear. Saaz and Sterling hops combine with local Pilsner malt to create a drinkable and light-bodied brew that pairs well with seafoods, cheese plates, and of course New York and Bavaria’s twin favorite- soft pretzels.
4.75% ABV - Available Year-round
BEEKEEPER’S BLISS
Fruity - Bright - Honey-Hinted
Refreshing & fruity with a dry hint of honey. Lasting Joy was born from this beer, created to celebrate a family wedding. Our nod to the Nordic “honeymoon” mead that inspired it combines New York grown-grains with the perfect marriage of orange and honey in a blissfully-balanced brew. Pairs well with love and marriage but also gets along with brunch foods like omelettes, salads with feta or goat cheese, and spring vegetable pastas.

ILOVIT LAGER
Amber - Malty - Crisp
Did you know that Tivoli spelled backward is I-LOV-IT? It’s something known around the small village, and gives locals an extra sense of pride when we see it and say it! This Vienna Style Lager is amber in color, with a strong malty backbone, but is light and crisp.

Clean - Nice - Easy Drinkin’
We love a good American tradition. Traditions like overthrowing kings, taking to the streets in protest, helping our neighbors, and keeping power in check at every turn. So we brewed up this traditional light lager to celebrate everything we love about America. It’s totally crushable and like all of our beers, made from grains and hops grown, harvested, and malted right here in New York. Excelsior - ever upward, ever forward, until all of us are free.
