Really incredible stuff happening here, addiction is a hell of a thing.

Between my first viewing and my current, two things changed my perception of this film: 1) I lived in Glasgow for many months where I absorbed more of Scottish culture, and 2) I am now a father of two. Particularly, the second point really messed me up with this movie, omg what a horrible, horrible moment.

That said, other than that scene, this movie is much funnier than I remember! It was great to watch with a crowd

Wish that I was more invested in this, I got a little sleepy in the middle there. Pretty long movie. Maybe the script and lead performance by O'Connor was just not clicking for me.

I got the gist of it, what if aliens, but like for real what if aliens!? Pretty cool movie, might try to rewatch soon, but we'll see.
