I was proud to join our teams as they exchanged with healthcare professionals about the latest scientific discoveries in the field and hearing the latest about:  ➡️Microbiome health and early life programming  ➡️Our pioneering biotic and lipid science  ➡️Allergy and pediatric malnutrition At Danone we believe babies deserve the highest standards, made with care and I am convinced working together with the healthcare and scientific community and continuing to deepen our understanding of nutrition in early life together will allow us to do so.

    Today is a big day for Danone, as we announce the signing of two definitive agreements that will enable us to expand our presence across the Asia-Pacific region and accelerate our growth in key health-focused categories. We have agreed to acquire the Made Group, a fast-growing Australia-based company with a portfolio of loved brands such as Cocobella, Rokeby, The Collective and HooRay!, aligned with high-growth consumer trends in healthy-focused food products, including high-protein ready-to-drink products, gut-health yoghurts and smart hydration. With its strong innovation track record, entrepreneurial spirit and established capabilities, the Made Group will help us expand in the fast-growing nutrition space in Asia-Pacific region.  Helping more people reach their health goals through food is at the heart of our mission. We share with the Made Group a passion for health and a drive for innovation, and I am confident we will learn from each other and unlock new opportunities for growth together. In parallel, we will acquire the remaining 49% stake in our existing fresh dairy joint venture with Saputo Dairy Australia, in which we invested last year. Our Evian Resort has welcomed heads of state and delegations from around the world. Seeing evian, its natural mineral water, and this territory we have been rooted in for generations — once again at the centre of global diplomacy — is a very special feeling. It says a lot about who we are at Danone. A company deeply anchored in its territories, committed for the long term, and able to bring together tradition, expertise, and hospitality at the highest level. I would like to thank President Emmanuel Macron, his teams, and the Élysée for the trust they have placed in Danoners to host this important moment. Because none of this happens without our teams — especially here in Evian, where generations have built, protected, and brought to life a unique natural heritage. In a year that is also special for us as we celebrate 200 years of evian. And we are proud to open its doors to the world.
