  • How an $85 PickFu test led to an extra $3,800 in just 2 weeks 👇 A seller was finalizing their Amazon main image and wanted to validate it before launch. They ran a single PickFu poll. The new image won with a 70/30 split — a margin that consistently predicts stronger click-through rates. They launched the new image on Amazon. CTR jumped 12.5%. Over the next two weeks, that translated into an extra $3,800 in revenue. ‎ All from one $85 test, run at the very last step before launch. In other words: an ROI of over 4,000% 🔥 PickFu co-founder John Li sat down with Josh Hadley on the Ecomm Breakthrough Podcast. Check out the full episode 👉 https://hubs.li/Q04nYxMs0

  • How an Amazon listing creative refresh led to a 39% conversion rate lift 👇 ‎ Avenue7Media, an Amazon agency, redesigned the creative – image stack, A+ content – for a premium mattress topper client's listing. Then they used PickFu to validate it with real shoppers – gathering crucial data and feedback before launching. ‎ The numbers backed up the decision: 68% of shoppers preferred the new design, and after it went live on Amazon, sales climbed 19%. 🔥 ‎ Testing a creative refresh? • This workflow from Daniela Bolzmann of Mindful Goods is worth bookmarking if you're optimizing Amazon main images. ‎ Start by using Claude or ChatGPT to generate 20–50 main image concepts. Volume is the point — when you lay them all out together, the 3-4 strongest options become obvious fast. ‎ Drop those top concepts into a PickFu poll to see which one actually performs best with real consumers. ‎ But here's the part most people skip: if multiple images poll well, keep them. Competitors on Amazon will copy a winning main image once it's live. Backup images that have already been validated mean you're never starting from scratch when that happens. ‎ Generate with AI. Validate with humans. Stand out. ✨

  • A sports nutrition brand just posted a 719% sales lift on Amazon — in six weeks. ‎ The lever wasn't price, ads, or product. It was creative. ‎ Mindful Goods rebuilt Animal's Amazon listing images from scratch, tested each option with real shoppers in PickFu, and only shipped the version that won. ‎ Six weeks later: 719% more sales, 707% more listing views, and an 11-point jump in conversion rate. ‎ This is what happens when creative decisions are backed by data instead of a gut call. ‎ See the full breakdown → https://hubs.li/Q04ngx3H0

🧪 We ran a PickFu poll for a client this week before we designed a single image. Most agencies design first, then test. We flipped it. We took the market research Listing Optimization AI pulled for the category, generated a full-image stack of concepts straight from that research, and put them head to head against the client's current images in a PickFu poll. The result showed the new concepts beat the client's current image stack on click preference, before we'd spent a dollar on final design. That's the part most sellers miss. You can find out what shoppers actually prefer in less than a day. Not weeks. Not after a full design cycle. A day. And yet most listings go live on an image nobody outside the company ever voted on. Higher CTR and higher CVR are sitting right there. This is the lowest-hanging fruit on Amazon, and almost nobody picks it. All it takes is about 30 minutes. When was the last time you tested your content against a real audience before committing to it?

If you're a better-for-you food brand, here's super simple research insight that can help you to stand out on physical and digital shelves (and win +22% more customers)... 👉 People prefer and are more likely to buy food and beverage products described as having "few ingredients," compared to those described as having more, even if the product list is identical. Here's what that (could) look like in practice, using better-for-you brand LesserEvil Brand Snack Co., as an example. The image on the left is LesserEvil's current package. No changes made. The image on the right has a slight tweak. I added a blue banner across the middle of the package that says "Only 3 Ingredients." And, in a 50-person PickFu shopper panel, the modified version won. By a large margin. What's more...if you read the actual customers responses. Nearly all of them were drawn to the "Only 3 Ingredients" messaging. Food for thought...

  • Amazon's Manage Your Experiments is free — but it takes 4-10 weeks per test. Most brands can't afford to wait that long. And uploading new designs based purely on personal preference? That's a real risk to your listing performance. Daniela Anavitarte Bolzmann ⚡ from Mindful Goods breaks down how smart brands use PickFu to pre-test designs before going live — getting directional consumer data fast, without the wait. The result: you're not designing in a silo, you're not guessing, and you're going into any Amazon experiment (or manual tracking) with real confidence. Whether you have access to MYE or not, pre-testing is the step most brands skip — and it's the one that protects your listing while keeping you moving fast. Get directional data before you go live with PickFu. 🧡
