I'm looking for a different insurance company and was called by Jake today. He completely walked through my current policy and explained to me areas that could be a liability towards me in the event of a car accident. He made honest, helpful suggestions. I appreciate his customer service skills and knowledge immeasurably. In a day and age where respect is hard to come by, State farm has a gem with Jake.
