I’m a Rockhurst alum — can I still use the MAC?

No, the MAC is only open to current Rockhurst students, faculty, and staff.

Do I need my ID to access the MAC?

Yes! Please bring your RU ID with you—it’s required for entry to the MAC and other campus facilities. You will also need to fill out the sign-in sheet at the front desk.

Can I bring guests to the MAC?

No, guest access isn’t allowed.

Are fitness classes at the MAC open to everyone?

Yes, if you’re currently attending Rockhurst, you can join! You’ll just need to sign up.

What are the MAC’s hours?

Currently, the MAC's hours are: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm Friday: 6:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

What equipment can I check out?

You can check out items like basketballs, volleyballs, and other gear at the front desk with your RU ID.

How do I sign up for intramural sports?

You can register through our online portal. Just choose your sport, create or join a team, and you’re all set!

Is there a place to store my things at the MAC?

Yes! We have lockers available, but you’ll need to bring your own lock. We also provide open shelving for quick storage if you don’t want to use a locker.

How often do I need to sign a waiver?

Waivers must be signed once every academic year.
