You've seen them briefly described, let's get into it;

1. Client Hub
You will request a quote or a meeting, or call and we can get you set up. Then the information you enter is automatically configured into an account, and you'll receive a login request via the email or phone number you provided. From there, you have the ability to simply book us online for future jobs. You can view all of our past jobs, invoices, quotes, and documentation. You'll be able to view our prices all in one place. 

2. Scout AI 
You need a vendor to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. We've made it easier than ever. With Scout, you'll get a detailed photo/video/PDF report including every item on your punch-list. It will be attached to all previous jobs we've performed and can aid you in having a consolidated report for each unit we turn! 

3. We dress to impress! 
It may seem silly, but we will always be dressed to the nines with a business vest and tie. Your residents will know you're invested in quality and service.

Services & Pricing

We will perform any of the following, and more, as a bundled price per turnover; 

like for like replacements on bulbs, fixtures, rods, outlet/switches and covers, handles, smoke and co2 detectors, blinds, faucets, stoppers, shower heads, basins, toilets, doorstoppers, hooking up new appliances and staging old appliances for removal, etc.

All minor repairs including and not limited to;

Nail patching, small dings in trim, drywall patching up to 1 sqft, caulking, refastening fixtures and rods, "spot painting," carpet removal, etc

We will check all smoke and co2 detectors, outlets, and appliances for functionality. 
We will also thoroughly document the process via photo, and keep detailed notes on all turnovers we perform with you.

Simply fill out the request form, include your punch list and photos, select the services needed, and you'll know the cost almost immediately. 

We will get you scheduled once the quote is approved, we also offer self serve scheduling via our clienthub.

Maintenance

Request service

We offer a standard turnover clean. 
Dusting all ceilings, corners, walls, closets, vents, counters, cabinets, shelving, appliances, fixtures, windowsills, trim, and baseboards. 

Cleaning all cabinets, counters, sinks, toilets, tubs, fixtures, appliances, windows (inside), shelving, etc.

We will sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors. 

We will remove all trash and discarded items, up to one 4x8 truck bedload. We will freshen the air and photograph all completed work. 

If we miss something, don't worry, we will come back and make it right. 

Cleaning

While "spot painting" is included in our maintenance package, it can never have that quality look that a full repaint has. 

We offer square foot pricing by the wall, by the room, and by the unit. Tell us the dimensions of the wall, or the floor space of the room/unit and you'll have your price. This includes baseboards and trims, if needed. 

Doors and cabinetry are billed at a flat $25 per door/cabinet door. (The number of doors a cabinet has will be the price to paint that cabinet.)
