We honestly had the BEST time at Total Ninja Dubai, Silicon Oasis! I want to give a huge shoutout to Bhupendra, who made our experience so special from the moment we arrived. It was our first time visiting, and to be honest, I was a little nervous and worried that we might feel awkward trying some of the activities for the first time. But Bhupendra completely changed that. He guided us with so much patience and kindness, literally helping us step by step and making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed, and he was always there whenever we had a question or needed help. What impressed me the most was how dedicated he was. One moment he was assisting us with the activities, the next he was helping at the cafeteria section and somehow, he still managed to check on everyone with a smile. It felt like he was everywhere at once:). People like Bhupendra are the reason experiences become memorable. Thank you for your genuine care, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service. You turned what could have been a nerve-wracking first visit into an amazing and unforgettable day for our team. We will definitely be coming back!

We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Total Ninja, and it was an absolutely awesome experience! A special thank you to Nathan and Jana for taking such great care of all the kids throughout the party. They were friendly, attentive, energetic, and made sure everyone had a fantastic time. A fantastic experience at Total Ninja Dubai Warm welcome & smooth organisation We visited with a large group from the Mums & Gist community, and from the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed. A special shout-out to Blen, who was incredibly helpful on arrival and made organising a big group feel effortless. The sign-in process was smooth and well managed, allowing the children to get straight into the fun. Amazing staff & activities The staff were fantastic with the children, patient, attentive, and brilliant at keeping them engaged. There is plenty of space and a great variety of activities, making it ideal for playdates and parties. Food & café The café was a real highlight. Parents could relax with hot drinks and smoothies while the children played, and the food afterwards was generous in portion size, great quality, and excellent value. Final thoughts A big thank you to Ashley for helping us organise the group morning so smoothly. A brilliant experience all round, happy children, relaxed parents, and an amazing team. Highly recommended.
