I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this flower shop. I placed an order for a specific blower box arrangement and communicated clearly with the staff—sending multiple emails with detailed instructions and a photo of exactly what I wanted. Despite all of this, the arrangement delivered to the recipient was nothing like what I paid for.
•	The original design I chose included purple roses, tulips, and dark purple/blue orchids, with a special request to replace the orchids with bright pink ones.
•	What was delivered contained no orchids and no tulips at all. I understand that tulips can be out of season, but I should have been notified and offered a proper replacement. Instead, I heard nothing.
•	The purple roses I requested were supposed to be naturally vibrant. Instead, the bouquet arrived with white roses unevenly dyed purple, looking artificial and low-quality.

For the price I paid, I expected both professional service and a quality arrangement. Unfortunately, I received neither.

I reached out repeatedly and exchanged many messages with the owner, who kept saying they were “looking into it” and would resolve the issue after reviewing the calls. Weeks went by with no real update. When I finally followed up again, I was offered either a replacement bouquet or a partial refund. I chose the partial refund to avoid wasting more flowers—but the refund was never issued.

This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and far below the standard any customer should expect. I would not recommend this shop.

Nice setup nothing like what I expected and I think its too expensive and they don't really have what you need sorry the gifts and presents and flowers were nice though the store is beautiful and it smelled really really good I like this place it stood out although they should really get a bigger selection of stuff to choose from thats just my honest opinion
