What is the ghost/missing judge fee?

The tournament follows the N=1 judge rule, which means each team must send a judge. The fee of a ghost/missing judge is 500 PHP each.

Are people from different institutions allowed to team up?

Yes! Members of a team are not required to be from the same institution, or any institution at all. However, in terms of breaking, all team members are required to be of the same category (e.g. all novices for the novice break).

Are college/university students allowed to join as debaters?

No. The Archer Schools Asian Parliamentary is a Schools tournament, which means it is only open to debaters within the High School and Grade School bracket of education.

Can I still register after Phase 1 ends?

Yes! There is a late registration fee of 100 PHP.
