Event Timetable 

Have you snagged your badge yet? If not, online badge registration is open. 🎉
Login to your Online Exhibitor Manual to fill the exhibitor badge form.

Badges QR codes will be received via email, once the exhibitor scan the QR code onsite at the fast-track gates they will get the printed badges 

Just shoot us an email at Operations@big5global.com if you have any questions.

Badges will be printed onsite, and we will provide lanyards and pockets onsite, We will also have a dedicated service desk at Halls 2 & 3 entrances starting from the second day of build up (23rd of November) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 and a dedicated fast track at Hall 4 entrance.

Freight & Logistics

Whilst exhibitors may use their own transport to deliver displays and equipment to the marshalling yard and their own labor to move materials to their stand, DSV FAIRS & EVENTS  is the only company authorized to operate lifting equipment and forklifts in the marshalling area and in the exhibition halls. For health and safety reasons exhibitors and their contractors are not permitted to operate mechanical handling equipment (hiab, forklift, cranes, motorised pallet trucks) within the venue marshalling yard and/or venue halls and outside booth areas.

 No other company, exhibitor, contractor or agent may operate cranes, forklifts or any other lifting machinery inside the venue. This is to ensure the safety and smooth running of the build-up and break-down period of the event.
