The people at the front desk are very friendly! Their parts are overpriced and you're better off going somewhere else. They told me there's nothing they can do because that's what the vendor charges. When they send you the quote look up what the parts should cost and you'll see what I mean. I won't be coming back unless they are able to provide cheaper parts.<br><br>Edit: Thank you for the response, but I want to clarify a few things for anyone reading this. The online parts you reference as "cheaper" actually come with warranties too, so that argument does not hold up. It makes one wonder whether the markup exists to benefit the shop rather than the customer. Additionally, I had another mechanic look at my vehicle after your quote, and they told me several of the parts you said needed replacing did not actually need to be replaced at all. I appreciate the friendly staff, but the pricing and recommendations I received do not inspire confidence. I hope future customers do their research before agreeing to any work.

This is my second time working with the business and they do not disappoint in any way at all . Zach and Steve makes it so easy to work with from the beginning to the end of my career repair. I had no problem no stress concern it just feels right the whole dealing with the team . They even went above and beyond by detailing my engine bay never expected that joyful surprise. They also detailed the interior of my car. Thank you Zack and your team.
