I create guided meditations which are recorded and provided to you as an audio file which is yours to keep and listen to in your own time, as often as you like. 
The guided meditation will include breath work and visualisation techniques, as well as sound healing with a crystal singing bowl and tuning forks.

Energy healing is a way of supporting and empowering your body to be able to heal itself naturally. Your body holds valuable wisdom and innate mechanisms of healing and balancing all bodily functions, systems and processes; it just requires the right conditions, time and support to be able to restore and repair itself the way it is designed to. 

Energy healing brings a charge of positive vibration that helps raise your energy field to a higher frequency, moving you into a higher vibrational state, which facilitates healing, as well as helping you reach peace of mind. As you move beyond the mental clutter that keeps you in repeating patterns and cycles, you are more able to connect to the valuable inner wisdom and higher guidance, helping you receive clarity regarding current life situations or challenges. 

Energy healing can also help to unlock and spark a remembrance of your own gifts and abilities that are encoded within you, through energy activation. 

What is energy healing?

Anyone! This is a non-touch and non-invasive treatment which is simply supporting the body with energy release and re-charging with life force energy.

Who are these sessions suitable for?

During an energy healing session, I use crystals, oils & sound frequency, as I work multi-dimensionally to guide universal source energy (life force energy) into your chakras, and channel the specific light rays and energy frequencies that will best support you with aligning to your highest potential at this time. 
As the high frequencies move into your energy field, they assist with clearing stagnant energy and this will be done intuitively to clear whatever you are ready to let go of, including: energy blockages, subconscious patterns, energetic imprints from traumatic events and past lives, karmic cycles, as well as recalling all of your energy back to you from across dimensional spaces.
 
Your chakras and your energy field are balanced and replenished with new life force energy, supporting the natural process of healing wherever needed, whether mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  After the session I provide any insights and messages that can assist you ☆

What does a session involve?

I trained with the Pure Energy Healing Academy in April 2022 where I was re-introduced to working with energy for the first time (in this lifetime), connecting with my higher self to facilitate healing for myself and others. This was an experience that sparked a journey of remembrance over the years that followed, as I went on to learn with fascination, about crystals and a multitude of healing modalities through workshops, courses, readings, receiving healing sessions and learning from different healers, guides and astrologers.  

My background prior to this was in science, I studied Biology at university and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years. 
Over the last 3 years I have forged a completely new path for myself that finally feels aligned with who I am. I am a firm believer that transformation and starting over in life is possible at any age, you just have to be willing to push through the fear and doubt, and persistently choose to follow what lights you up inside ♡
