Première fois qu'ils me donnent  rendez vous , ils viennent mais n'ont pas la pièce pour effectuer le diagnostic
Par la suite ils me donnent rendez vous le 4 juillet entre 9h et 18h
Il est 18h30 , personne n'est venu et aucune nouvelle de leur côté et bien sur aucune façon de les joindre

J’ai fait affaire pour la 2ieme fois avec Habitec , plus précisément, avec Ahmet et je suis toujours satisfait. J’ai eu un rendez-vous rapidement pour régler mon problème de climatiseur. Ahmet est courtois et connait bien son champ d’expertise. Je recommande les services d’Habitec et Ahmet aussi!

Ali and Asan did an excellent job installing our AC/Heat pump. They were professional, efficient, and very friendly throughout the process. Everything was done neatly and works perfectly. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how they took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend their service!

after calling many times and Giancarlo does not answer calls or messages hiding soon I will go to their offices is the last straw they come change the pipes what should they have done from the beginning because the installation was paid for they used everything old more on top of that you change them and they left them bad, they sound like they cut like a cement cutting saw we can't even sleep a week waiting for them to call me and the air conditioning is still not working since they installed it,  They sell products that don't work well,I've spent money, time, peace of mind just to change a thermopump that it does not even work and less saves energy as promised, I am in debt for 15 years for something that has never worked as it should and they do not know what the problem is, unfortunately I will have to follow the lawsuit first with the consumer protection for the scam of this company pay attention they do not respond.
I will attach all the evidence I have, even from the machine that was taken without my authorization.

My tech was Ahmet Sozen, and I'm happy to review that he was very efficient & explained what the issue was and what to look for down the road if ever. My A/C is now running as well as it has, thanks Ahmet, appreciate your professionalism.
