-> Build on existing buddy and welcome programmes with trivia, storytelling and "What I Wish I Knew" segment where past exchangers share tips and experiences with new exchangers to make first interactions more natural and less awkward
-> Organise cultural exchange events, casual check-in conversations, and small-group activities that allow students to participate at their own pace, choose how they engage, and feel included.
-> Introduce a participation-based tally system to recognise and reward involvement and encourage engagement.
-> Continue to collaborate regularly with relevant CSC's and Interest Groups to offer a wider range of activities including board games, creative and artsy events, social gatherings, and industry or entrepreneurship-related sessions shaped by student interest.
-> Encourage subcommittee members to take initiative in planning and organising events, giving them a more active role behind the scenes while providing guidance and support throughout the process.
