What services do you provide?

I offer individualized sessions focused on your present health concerns. My purpose is to be an additional resource on your path towards healthy longevity. Services include: • Assisted Stretch & Flexibility • Swedish Massage • Lymphatic Massage • Sports Massage • Injury Massage • Strength Training • Yoga

What can I expect when I schedule?

All sessions are 60 minutes and take place in the comfort of your home. I will arrive approximately 10 minutes early to allow time for setup and to review any specific instructions, if needed. Prior to your first session I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation. This is to discuss your current health concerns, treatment options and suggest session frequency. To ensure a comfortable experience for both of us, please have a clean and spacious space available. Suitable areas include a living room or office space. 90-minute sessions are available upon request with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to allow for proper scheduling. Tips are always appreciated but never required, as my rates are structured to fully cover the service provided
