When are Front Desk Staff available?

Every active member receives a key fob upon sign up. This key fob gives you access to Saipan's largest 24/7 gym

Is the gym open on holidays?

Yes! The gym will always be 24/7 for active members. Our front desk availability may be modified on select holidays - stay updated with these changes by following our social media

Can I hold my membership?

Membership holds are available for long term or one year paid-in-full plans only. Holds are limited to travel or medical reasons, with a $5/month hold fee. To request a membership hold, please provide an itinerary or medical document alongside your request to lattebuilt.staff@gmail.com

Can I transfer membership to another person?

Memberships are non-transferrable.

How do I cancel my membership?

Cancellations are available for 12-month contracts* only. If you are still within your 12-month term, a $60 early cancellation fee applies For Dual Memberships, each member is responsible for their own cancellation fee To cancel, you must visit the gym before the 10th of next billing date (e.g. If bill date is on November 1, notice must be made before October 10th) and sign a cancellation form in person

Do you take insurance?

We have varying discounts with specific insurance partners. These discounts are only applicable for our long term memberships (12-month subscriptions). Our current insurance partners are: TakeCare Insurance, NetCare / Moylans, StayWell Insurance, and Calvos SelectCare Insurance (Federal Partners Only) Please contact staff or your respective insurance representative to verify your eligibility

Is there more parking?

We are always working to create a smoother experience for our Latte Built Family. Aside from our parking lot in front of the building, we have an overflow parking lot right behind the Aquarius Sign when traveling south We kindly ask that members refrain from parking at Aquarius Parking Lot or Bargain Center (only during their open business hours)

If you've never been a member with us before, you can click on "Explore Memberships" to sign up online and pick-up your key fob at the Front Desk. If you have an account with us already simply give us a call, send us an email, or visit us!

I lost my key fob, what do I do?

If you lost your key fob please contact the Front Desk immediately. This is so we can deactivate your lost key fob to prevent someone else from accessing the gym. Staff can assist you with activating a new key fob. Key fob replacement key is $10

I left my key fob at home, can I still enter the gym?

If you are working out within staffed hours, staff can manually check you in at the Front Desk. Since we prioritize our members' safety, we do not allow tailgating (members opening the door for other guests) for members who forget their key. However, if you have the GymMaster Member App, the member door supports bluetooth check in.
