I was searching for a real estate agent who would provide us with exceptional service and who would understand our needs, and we were very lucky to find Niki. Some friends of ours, Niki’s former clients, gave us some positive reviews and highly recommended her to us.
Niki is a super responsive realtor. She kept us involved and up to date with all the purchase processes. Moreover, Niki is very reliable and was always available. She promptly responded to our questions through telephone calls, texts, and emails. By the way, her emails were always very detailed, organized, and well written.
She listened to our requests and represented us very well — guiding us through the entire process of buying and securing our daughter’s dream home — with her exceptional skills, her knowledge, and her experience in real estate.
She intervened several times between the builder and us to ensure the purchase and transactions went smoothly. Her participation greatly exceeded our expectations.
Niki definitely met our needs. All through the process we knew we were dealing with an experienced realtor who has always gone out of her way to ensure every detail is taken care of. Even one year after buying our new home, she is still guiding us and helping us to prepare for the 11th month home inspection so we can address the flaws found in our new home and submit them for the warranty process.
