We have had great experiences here. They were very caring to our dog and have nice little touches to make the experience personable. I have found the prices to be reasonable as well. They were able to take care of an issue with my dog's teeth that our previous vet was not able to handle. Staff are friendly, I met the owner when we first signed up. The hours are great too, I really appreciate that.

We had the best experience for our highly sensitive dog, Goose.
He's a large breed dog that had become so extremely stressed in a veterinary environment that he required sedation at previous clinics , however, our initial visit to Novel was such a positive experience! Novel came up with a pre-exam solution to avoid sedation and took the time to work at his pace, offering him treats to redirect his attention and improve the experience. We discussed his entire 8 year medical history and found a more suitable longterm path for his allergy medication. The staff also takes into account his lifestyle, overall exposure, and home environment to customize his health care.
Everyone is incredibly friendly and changing the status quo for the industry. I strongly recommend Novel to anyone looking for improved medical care for their pet!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Novel Vet for our new cat’s first wellness check! From the moment we walked in, the care and warmth from the team were outstanding. A huge thank you to Haylee for being so welcoming and making the whole process seamless. We also can't say enough good things about Tracey, the RVT. She performed the wellness exam with so much gentleness, patience, and expertise, ensuring our cat felt safe and comfortable the entire time. It is such a relief to find a clinic that provides this level of exceptional care. We highly recommend Novel Vet to anyone looking for a fantastic veterinary team in Burlington!

I recently added Mako to the family and was looking for a new vet for both her and my senior dog, Lucky. Some family members recommended Novel to me, so I signed up for their membership and booked appointments for both dogs to get their vaccines. I’m so happy with my experience so far. From the moment we walked in, all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and made both me and my dogs feel comfortable. I came in with a lot of questions, and Mandy, the vet nurse, was incredibly patient with me while I asked them all. She answered everything and explained it so clearly and in detail. It was honestly an eye-opener compared to my previous vet, who never really gave me a proper game plan for Lucky’s health issues and just kept saying it could wait. Both dogs enjoyed their visit. I was a little worried about my newest family member since Mako can be nervous around new people, so I gave Mandy a heads-up before she took her to the back for vaccines. Mako did really well, and the vet who gave her the shots got down to her level first to meet her, which helped her feel comfortable really quickly. Overall, I felt listened to, supported, and confident in the care both of my dogs received. I’m really glad I made the switch to Novel and would definitely recommend them.

This place feels like a 5 star Beverly Hills luxury vet clinic, and I’m not even exaggerating!! This was the best vet we’ve ever started bringing our pets to, the staff truly loves their job and does everything they can to care for and make your pets comfortable. We brought first my shy, timid anxious cat for her first visit to the vet in 2 years, and to our shock, she came home a more confident, and less timid girl!! I don’t know what kind of magic they have in the clinic, but for once, bringing our pets to the vet isn’t a hassle or extra stress! They don’t try to upsell you on anything, they’re very honest and will do whatever it takes to make the appointment easiest on you and your pets…they even offer you bottled water or a hot cup of coffee! The staff that works here are always smiling and it doesn’t seem like ‘work’ for them but rather more a hobby, which is amazing since they have a true passion for their jobs. On top of everything, the concept and approach of a membership for your pets that covers the cost of exams, appointments, and telehealth, is a relief on our wallet…I didn’t expect such an amazing experience and I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. We brought our newly adopted senior pup the next day (who has some reactivity) and once again, incredible experience! Will be recommending this place forever!! Well done to the staff, and the owners. We genuinely appreciate you all to the moon and back!
