This was my second time coming here, and once again I had a great experience. The staff is always kind, caring, and respectful. After visiting two other ERs in the same day, this was the only place where I felt truly listened to. They found a legion on my brain and knew I needed specialized care right away, so they quickly arranged for me to be transferred to another hospital for further treatment. I was seen quickly, taken seriously, and treated with compassion every step of the way. As a Black woman, I appreciated being treated with dignity and respect. Thank you to everyone who helped me during such a scary time. Thank you my charming bear💚

Was skeptical to come here due to size. Looks extremely small. However it has all the amenities of a larger scale ER, without the wait. Thank you for the great care that was provided. Hoping I don't ever have to go to the ER again. If I do I would definitely go here before anywhere else.

Wow is all I can say. 2yrs ago my husband had a hernia. We went to a well known urgent care and they said it was stress and would go away. It did not. We came here and he was diagnosed. Dr Freeman and staff listened to what was going on not just diagnosed. Happy to say he had surgery and is well. Have been here a few times with my children. They got us in and out without rushing or making it feel like we were just another patient. IN ADDITION TO THAT... everyone is super awesome, personable and they do a follow up call to check on you. In conclusion, If you want to see what health care should look like, meet some awesome folks, know that you matter and will be heard and dont want to spend all day in the ER, NW Hospital is the place to come.<br>DR. Freeman and staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my family. Hopefully we dont have to see you soon but if we do, glad we have a place to come.❤️
