I stayed at Wildwood for 4 years and had a great time. The community is peaceful and near both the creek and the creek.  Lots of wildlife and beautiful sunrises.  I'd go up hiking along the trails and really enjoyed my time there.

I lived at Wildwood for a very long time. I moved away after some life changes and returned after 18 months because I missed this magical piece of land on the creek, among the trees. The large deck is my sanctuary, and my cats love it as well. It’s just a short, woodsy walk along the creek to historic downtown Issaquah. Big windows and light filled rooms no matter what the season. Management is very on top of things and incredibly responsive if you need them and a big part of why I came back.

Living at Wildwood for the past year has been a treat to say the least, and if I didn’t need to relocate I would’ve loved to stay longer. Last year, I moved cross-country to Issaquah and with that, there were many things I was worried about with not being able to see the apartment or area before-hand. Tonya and Marisa made the transition incredibly smooth in many ways and I feel so lucky to have landed at such a great apartment complex. My apartment was in the F building so I will speak to that. To start, the apartment, grounds, and laundry facilities are very clean upon move-in and are maintained regularly. They work hard to keep things updated and working well in the units. It is quiet living here, and other residents are very respectful. The location is truly special, as there is trail access to Squak Mountain which I utilized often. The city of Issaquah is gorgeous and is a short walk down the Squak access trail as well. Being able to open the many windows and sliding door to the porch for mountain and forest views is something you just don’t get everywhere. Something else I was concerned about with how damp the fall/winter/spring gets, especially living on the bottom floor, was the potential for mold. This can be hard to avoid with these conditions. I reached out to Tonya about this and she provided many recommendations to follow, including dehumidifiers, which with staying on top of these helped greatly and kept the mold away! Maintenance and staff are extremely respectful and responsive (often times mere hours after putting in a maintenance ticket!!). I hold Wildwood and staff in the highest regard as they have been respectful and passionate about a great tenant experience, and couldn’t recommend Wildwood more. Thank you for a great year.

We moved here in 2016, and Wildwood Apartments has been the ideal place to live for us.  Great responsiveness from property management and quiet, friendly atmosphere. We considered other communities when looking to add an extra bedroom,  but so many have "amenities" that you are charged extra for, on top the actual rent amount. Amenities we knew we'd never use. We stayed with Wildwood, and they made it so very easy to make the switch within the community, to be able to continue to call this wonderful and easy place to live, home.

Wonderful experience touring Wildwood, going through the application process and moving in. Management is attentive and quick to respond. Units are in great, updated condition. Property is lovely and quiet. Marisa has been wonderful to work with!
