We provide therapy for adults, couples, families, and teens. Specialties include: Trauma & EMDR therapy ADHD & neurodivergent family support Couples counselling Burnout and resilience support Animal-assisted therapy

3. Do you offer low-cost or sliding scale options?

Yes. Alongside our standard sessions, we offer limited sliding scale and low-cost therapy for those with financial barriers. Reach out!

4. Do you work online or in-person?

Both! We offer secure virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person sessions at our Markham location.

5. How much does therapy cost?

Standard individual: $160/session EMDR therapy: $200/session Couples: $180/session Teen/child therapy: $160/session Low-cost & sliding scale: starting at $80/session (when available)

7. Do you work with insurance?

Yes, we provide receipts under a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) or Registered Psychotherapist. Many insurance plans cover our services — check with your provider.

8. Do you offer direct billing?

Yes. We provide direct billing to most major insurance companies, including Canada Life, GreenShield, Manulife, Sun Life, Desjardins, and more. If your plan is eligible, we can bill your insurer directly so you only pay any remaining balance.
