What does your society do 桌游社是做什么的?

Our society (USYDBGS) was officially registered with the University of Sydney Union (USU) in 2019 and began full operations in 2020. The founding group established the society with the goal of providing University of Sydney students with a new social platform centered around board games. 悉尼大学桌游社2019年底在悉尼大学USU注册成立，并于2020年正式运营进入学生视线。社长及部长创立社团的初衷是为悉大学子提供一个以桌游为契机的创新交友平台。

Do I need to pay for the membership 会员是收费的吗?

Yes, there will be a $10 membership fee for current USYD students (Ordinary Membership), and $20 for others (Associate Membership). Is the membership lifelong 会员是终身的吗?

Yes! It's a lifelong membership. Once you pay the membership fee on USU website and send a screenshot of the welcome email with your name included to our MST, you are registered as our member (You can check your email inbox if you've paid the fee on USU for the welcome email, the email you should check is the one you registered with the USU). You enjoy lifelong membership benefits. What is the Weekly Board Game Event 什么是周常活动？

The Weekly Event is our Weekly Board Game Night. It happens every Friday, 6 PM-9 PM on campus at the New Law Building Level 0, with random free snacks and drinks available. Members can come to the event for free. 周常活动每周五晚上在New Law Building 0层（最底）举办，有随机零食和饮料可以免费领取。社员可以免费参加该活动，来现场找我们吧！。

You can find information about our events on our social media platforms. We share event updates via our WeChat members' group chat, WeChat Moments, WeChat Official Account, Red Note, and Instagram. You will find our QR code for these platforms in MST on the home page. For the latest updates, our WeChat group chat and Linktree are the best sources. To join the group chat, you must first become a member. At BGS, we have 4 subcommittees to support the society's operations: Events, Media & Publicity, Public Relations, and Executive Assistant. You're welcome to join our subcommittee if you're already a member. Talk to our MST about joining, and they'd love to arrange it for you.
