In this session, participants will have the opportunity to assemble and solder their own signing device for Substrate based networks. Direct from the exotic lands of Finland, Alzymologist presents Kampela: a dedicated hardware device for transaction signing, that you can assemble by yourself for the first time, with the help of a soldering iron. All powered by open source hardware and software.
This solder-your-own-device workshop is designed for both beginners and enthusiasts. We’ll go over hardware components and security considerations, as well as soldering basics. All the necessary tools and instructions are provided. Registration and parts are required.
