doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

My Bell app stopped working. I checked for app updates & Phone operating system updates, both up to date. I force closed the My bell app, then cleared the cache & cookies, restarted the phone, but it still not working. I repeated the same steps but instead of opening the app, I uninstalled Bell app, restarted phone, reinstalled it but still won't load my Bell app. please fix app ASAP for Pixel 8 phones! I've had nothing but problems with our service, Bill doubling, now paying the bill! 🤬👎🏼

MyBell is complete garbage. I've had too many problems and error messages. I emailed them with screenshots, issues and my account information. Of course, Bell did not get back to me, but these clowns have no problem raising the prices, and taking your money, smfh. Bell should be disgusted and embarrassed on how they rip off and treat customers.
