Even though I knew the answer, the pressure of the moment got to me. My mind went blank, and the first thing that popped into my head was “Bubble Sort.” As soon as I said it, the interviewer gave a slight laugh — and for a good reason. Bubble Sort is notoriously inefficient.

Ironically, when I got home later that night and sat down for dinner, I saw a new posted video from 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 (The Primeagen) titled “Bubblesort is useless.” It felt like a sign! While I agree it has no place in modern production environments, I believe it’s still a fundamental concept for students.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘁? Bubble Sort is a simple algorithm that steps through a list, compares adjacent elements, and swaps them if they are in the wrong order. This process repeats until the largest values “bubble up” to their correct positions at the end of the list.

Example: [12, 24, 9, 4, 7]

Pass 1: [12, 9, 4, 7, 24] (24 moves to the end)

Pass 2: [9, 4, 7, 12, 24] (12 moves to its spot)

Pass 3: [4, 7, 9, 12, 24] (Sorted!)

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲’𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼

• 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: With a time complexity of O(n²), it is incredibly slow for large datasets compared to QuickSort or MergeSort.
• 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: In real-world software engineering, you will almost never use Bubble Sort. Most modern languages have built-in sorting functions that are highly optimized.
• 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲: It’s a “starter” algorithm. It helps beginners understand the logic of loops and swaps, but its utility ends there.

𝗠𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁

Bubble Sort isn’t meant to be used — it’s meant to be outgrown. It served its purpose in college, but as developers, we need to focus on the scalable algorithms that actually power production systems. Next time I’m in an interview, I’ll definitely be reaching for QuickSort!

But I have an interesting share with you about one of the underrated and somehow very strange CN show, “Pingu”.

Never heard the show before? I’ll show the image below…

Some of them know him, but how about you read it… “Noot noot”? If you read it, then you hear from him. Well, it was reflected to become a popular meme by Gen Z or Millennials. But for me, it reflects being part of my childhood memory in my capsule. I watched the whole series, but it bothers me that the communication is very strange because of verbal gibberish, intimidating motions, and indifferent settings. Is it a good idea to produce the series for the viewers, especially the kids? Are there some hidden messages to the specific audience? Let’s elaborate on it.

Pingu, the mischievous yet lovable penguin, captivated audiences for years with his slapstick antics and iconic “Noot Noot!” While seemingly a simple children’s show, a closer look reveals a surprising depth that resonates with instinctive individuals who appreciate nuanced communication and subtle social dynamics.

Beyond the Slapstick

Pingu’s world, devoid of complex dialogue, relies heavily on physical comedy and vocalizations. This minimalist approach allows instinctive viewers to focus on the characters’ body language and subtle emotional cues. Observe Pingu’s waddle, his sister Pinga’s playful nips, or their parents’ exasperated sighs — they speak volumes about the family dynamic and the unspoken rules governing their little icy community.

A Microcosm of Society

Pingu’s interactions with his family and friends offer a fascinating glimpse into social structures. Competition for attention, the frustration of miscommunication, the joy of shared experiences, and the complexities of sibling rivalry — these are universal themes that resonate deeply, regardless of age or language. Notice how Pingu navigates these social landscapes, sometimes with grace, often with clumsy missteps, reflecting our own human experiences.

The Power of Non-Verbal Communication

The absence of traditional dialogue forces viewers to become more attuned to non-verbal cues. A raised eyebrow, a slumped posture, a quick glance — these subtle signals convey a wealth of information, challenging the instinctive viewer to interpret and understand the characters’ inner world. This focus on non-verbal communication elevates Pingu beyond simple entertainment, transforming it into a study of human interaction.

Not for Kids (Sometimes)

While generally lighthearted, some episodes delve into themes that might be unsettling for very young children. Pingu’s occasional temper tantrums, his mischievous pranks gone awry, and the occasional portrayal of fear and anxiety add a layer of realism that, while relatable for older viewers, could be overwhelming for younger audiences. This nuanced portrayal of complex emotions is what makes Pingu so compelling for the instinctive individual. That’s why this show has been banned by the different countries because of changing childrens’ abilities and diverse into different communication.

Censorship

Despite this show did not convey verbally, some of the instinctive individuals found offended and escalated the issue from different parts of the episodes, especially kids who are watching, which means they removed or modified parts of the episodes to lessen controversy. One of the common issues are feathers on the Pingu’s head scene banned throughout most of North America due to Pingu stereotyping as a Native American. Another one is Pingu’s first kiss scene banned and removed from American television due to the beak-to-beak contact being found too inappropriate for children. And last one is Pingu’s dream episode. This episode was placed with an unofficial ban from broadcast distribution due to the Giant Walrus being too frightening and haunting for too many young viewers.

You can now create Notion forms and collect information which will be saved directly to your Notion database and the best part is free with unlimited responses for everyone to create a new form. You just type in the form and select the form option and then here you can add a title you can add all of the questions that you want and then you can preview the form. You can share it with others and then all the responses that you’re going to collect will be added to the second view.

Notion Layouts

It is where you can pin properties create a side panel and highlight key metrics when you open up a database entry. You can click on the page menu in the top right and click on customize the layout to open up this view where you can reorder your groups. You can highlight properties, pin them, and add properties to your side panel.

Upgraded Automation

Notion Automation also got an upgrade where you can trigger actions using Dynamic data and send a GMail directly from Notion. When you click on the database automation, you’ll see a new interface and then the triggers. You’ll see two new options one for sending Gils and one for defining variables.

Notion Marketplace

This one is for Notion creators. Notion template gallery has evolved into a marketplace where you can sell your templates directly through Notion receive payouts through Stripe and lock templates to prevent unauthorized transfers between workspaces.

Notion Mail

This is a new Notion App just like Notion Calendar. That’s coming in early 2025 which will allow you to send and receive email and customize your inbox using the familiar Notion interface and style. You’ll be able to use your existing notion knowledge base in combination with your emails and also filter and tag them to whatever you want the email builder also functions just like Notion where you can use the SL command to create prompts

Offline Mode

The last one offline mode is coming to Notion in 2025. The most highly requested feature is finally on its way.

Eminem, also known for his unhinged alter ego Slim Shady, is a rap legend known for his blistering wordplay, dark humor, and sharp social commentary. He recently dropped a new single, “Houdini,” on May 31, 2024, which serves as the lead single for his upcoming album, “The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce).” The song and album title hint at a potential turning point in his career, with some speculating it might be his final project. Many fans enjoyed the song’s return to Eminem’s old-school style, praising its flow and lyrics, while some, specifically Gen Z, reacted and commented to intensely cancelled him and his music and cause of controversy.

Aside that, there is another news which I should put them as my personal essay. This is about Eminem’s daughter, Hailie Jade Scott. The first daughter who got married and has the internet sensation from make-up and dress in Instagram to talk/podcast in YouTube.

I did make the essay because it is wholesome and very inspirational how Eminem stopped the generational trauma cycle and shows how dedication to his daughter to give everything that she wanted for the better future.

At the starting point, Hailie Jade and Evan McClintock met each other in 2016 while they were both students at Michigan State University — Hailie studying psychology and Evan majoring in economics.

They kept their relationship largely private throughout their college years and beyond. Hailie would occasionally share glimpses on social media, hinting at a strong bond. In February 2023, after seven years of dating, Evan popped the question and Hailie announced their engagement on Instagram.

The podcast “Just a Little Shady” revealed how Evan got Eminem’s blessing to marry his daughter. Evan felt Eminem’s approval was important, so he looked for a chance during a holiday gathering. One night, he saw Eminem heading downstairs and seized the moment. He followed Eminem, who was grabbing Hailie’s birthday cake, and asked permission to marry her. After a tense silence in 20 seconds, Eminem finally smiled and gave his blessing.

Based on the comment section, someone commented, “For those 20 seconds Eminem was hoping Evan wouldn’t find Dr. Dre in his basement.”

Many Eminem fans laugh about the that comment due to one the Eminem’s reference song “The Real Slim Shady”. The lyric said:

Nothing, you idiots, Dr. Dre’s dead, he’s locked in my basement
(Haha!)

A year later, in May 2024, they tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at Greencrest Manor, Michigan. News reports described it as an intimate gathering of family and friends, with Eminem himself attending to celebrate his daughter’s special day.

Hailie publicly posted Eminem dancing with his daughter at her wedding and then they said: “Haley Jade married her fiancé Evan McClintock talk over the weekend nearly 10 years after they met at Michigan State University.”

Somebody commented and said, “You [Eminem] know them shades are hiding them tears he raised a great young lady.”

Anyway, somebody else commented and said “Better not break her heart or Eminem is going to win another Grammy.” That is where the best music comes from.

These posts are very emotional that Eminem really cared to his daughter between parent and child.

Eminem’s fans have witnessed his journey for nearly 30 years. This journey includes his struggles with his past and his commitment to his children. The recent wedding of his daughter Hailie is seen as a culmination of this journey. Despite dropping out of school at 9th grade, Eminem prioritized education for his children. Hailie excelled academically, graduating with honors from high school and attending a prestigious university where she met her husband. Eminem struggle with drug and substance abuse for years. A near-fatal overdose in 2007 served as a turning point. He’s been sober for over 18 years, crediting his daughters as his motivation (citing a 2010 interview). This extends beyond his biological daughter Hailie, as he also adopted his ex-wife’s niece and another daughter, raising them all with love. Despite his controversial persona, Eminem’s dedication to his children is undeniable. He provided them with everything they needed, showcasing his love and commitment as a father.

Eminem hasn’t just been a dedicated father in real life, but also in his music. He’s acknowledged the impact of his career and fame on his daughters throughout his songs, even dedicating entire albums to them. He’s addressed the challenges they faced due to his past struggles and the lack of a stable family environment, as seen in lyrics from his song “Castle”:

I’ve said your name but always tried to hide your face
This game is crazy, I wanted to claim my love for you, but dang
I never knew it’s be like this, if I did I wouldn’t have done it

Another song is “Mockingbird” which is one of his most famous to calling Hailie out:

Hailie, I know you miss your Mom, and I know you miss your Dad
When I’m gone, but I’m tryin’ to give you the life that I never had.

This is very emotional these lines that how Eminem wrote about her that shows to be parenthood and giving good treatment to Hailie. He also talked about his past and he wrote:

All the things growin’ up as Daddy that he had to see
Daddy don’t you want to see, but you see just as much as he did
We did not plan it to be this way, your mother and me

The rests touching songs are “Hailie’s Song”, “Cleanin’ Out My Closet”, “My Dad’s Gone Crazy” and “Going Through Changes”.

And, Hailie just kept saying “My parents are my biggest inspiration like after everything they went through. They still gave me everything you know my father is my biggest fan, my closest friend.” It is so pure I love good parents like the original poster is right he did it he broke the cycle and the world and his fans got to witness it over the span of these last 30 years.

I also checked here in reddit and their comments gave me emotional and infectiously love both posts and comments.

“No one can ever dispute that em is a fantastic father”

“Breaking generational trends here dope to see her life going a much different route than his went and I’m sure he’s proud of her.”

“One thing he can’t deny is that Slim Shady loves his daughter so much she’s his world this guy better treat her right or else congratulations to them.

Somebody else said “this is so beautiful her dad struggled so hard at her age and he was able to give her a princess dream wedding”

Another person said “I will always respect em for getting sober maintaining that sobriety and raising what appears to be some well adjusted kids out of the spotlight this man just Minds his business in Detroit.”

On the other hand, some are trying to push back Eminem on Twitter and tweeted, then Austin Petersmith replied:

Conclusion:

The power to shape a better future for our children. We can’t change our own upbringing, the environment we grew up in, or the choices our parents made. However, we have the immense power to create a positive and nurturing environment for the next generation. This is especially true for those who may have come from challenging backgrounds themselves.

Eminem’s story exemplifies this. Despite facing immense pressures and external influences from his industry and peers, he was able to prioritize his daughters’ well-being. He broke the cycle of negativity and provided them with a stable and loving environment.

This is a valuable lesson for all parents. It emphasizes that regardless of our past experiences, we can choose to create a brighter future for our children through love, dedication, and a commitment to their happiness. It’s a testament to the strength of the parent-child bond and the transformative power of family.

My Essay

Well, I just wanted to share with you for everyone, especially the Skeleton Clique, who is very excited to release Twenty One Pilots’ album “Clancy” worldwide, including the music videos. This article is about the song “The Craving” and its music video. I personally referred single version over Jenna’s version because it hits me so much while Jenna’s version is very personal and raw for Tyler Joseph.

This song is about the challenges of love. Tyler Joseph worries he’s not expressing his feelings well enough and fears letting his wife, Jenna, down. He admits his own doubts and mistakes, and shows how important it is to open with his wife. This song is about wanting a deeper connection and being understood, but Tyler also realize his own fear of the unknown. There is also a nervous feeling about what the future holds, but also a hopeful belief that his partner will see past his flaws and find him anyway.

Let’s break the lyrics:

Verse 1

Seems I get in my own way
The more I think, the less I say
I hope I communicate the craving.
Now I see intentions don’t mean much

In this verse, Tyler sings about getting in his own head too much. The more he thinks about what to say, the harder it is to actually say it. He knows this is frustrating and realized he needs to be more straightforward. Good intentions aren’t enough if they stay stuck in his head.

Chorus

Say enough, say enough
Did I let her know, let her know
If I found my body in chains
I’d lay down and wait
And hope she looks for me (2x)

This chorus gets real about feeling to be unknown. Tyler worries if his wife even knows how much he cares. The lines about being chained represents feeling stuck because of his shyness or they can communicate well. He just wanted his partner to see him and understand what’s going on. It is clear he craves a deeper connection.

Verse 2

She just wants to catch a wave
Ride it off to the end of the days
I hope that I can satiate the craving
Now, I see the gesture don’t mean much

Tyler talks about how his wife seems to crave excitement, like riding a wave forever. He wants to be the one to give something that love to her, but worries that just doing things (the gesture) isn’t enough. This part highlights again how important it is to actually talk things out in a relationship.

Outro

’Cause it’s the fear of the unknown
That cripples every step we take
And I just hate to put this on her
But I swear that I will give more than I take away
Mmm, the craving
Now I see intentions don’t mean much

By the end of the song, Tyler admits his fear of the future is holding him back. He knows this fear hurts their relationship, and he apologizes for putting that weight on his partner. There’s a promise to change though. He wants to put more into the relationship than he takes out, which shows he’s committed to working on himself and becoming more open.

This song is very relatable for having struggle of relationships which is how handle to take care of themselves even when they having hard times such as work, facing some problems and challenges but not having a good time with the family even for couples and children. If they have a hard understanding of the relationship, they can talk to each other peacefully and passionately before it is too late for even better children and a better future.

This song is also have a music video, but are lots of meaning, symbols, images, and lores. This music video is about the presentation of factory setting with a conveyor belt churning out and discarding Tyler and Josh’s artwork.

In my reaction, I saw Tyler doing something creative with a shotgun shelf while Josh made the shell box with a beautiful design. My first thought is they doing it to give the shot to the sky for a deceased loved one, just like 21 guns. At the end of this video, a guy with the suit takes a shot of a clayed pigeon thrown by another guy with a black suit in the sky, but he missed unfortunately. And I’m speechless, like 2–3 minutes silent because I felt shocked, then I felt related and thought like Tyler sang “The more I think, the less I say”.

This music video makes me dismayed, mad, and cry because there are lots of related experiences throughout my life, so are you too. In my aspect, it is so much related to my experiences from college throughout the jobs that so much effort that I give the dedication, passion, and hardworking to do some outputs, presentations and works until someone with cold-hearted and uninspired rejected, not appreciate, disrespect and mocking may work from workplace to personal that I put to. I was dismayed because even I made the right follow direction but not getting along with me as well. I also tried to tell them what was better and more efficient but they won’t listen because that is what they want to get. I still never dropped my hopes and dreams even I keep improving it in every single step and take the time to build and work dedicated for myself. Even I felt emotional deranged from their rejection and waste away, don’t give up there are different opportunities and hopes that coming to.

The best advice to all of you to keep love for your path, your life, your relationship and your family and don’t lose your hope for your passions and hobbies that you dedicated and paved for. Don’t give up on whatever you lose, there is still a chance to get things better and talk about it to make themselves better.

This music video is a very insanely genius idea to give us an open interpretation and thought-provoking puzzle. That is why I shared it because I must put my words on it.

• Josh in the wood carving factory represents the person who took the time and pressure in the workplace to bring the output like a shell box.
• Tyler in the kindergarten classroom represents the person with emotional struggles and resonation to put some decorations on the shotgun shell.
• Tyler’s doing represents of being creativity and compassion.
• Josh’s doing represents being hardworking and persevering.
• Tyler’s decorated shotgun shell represents the stories, music, and creative works that he designed.
• Josh’s well-carved shell box represents the protection of Tyler’s life from vulnerability, anxiety and suffering.
• The falling line with people represents the candidate taking some audition, applying for jobs, or presenting their artwork.
• The two men in black suits (not come from the movie “Men in Black”) represent the executives or human resources from the industry or company that they criticized and not well-appreciated towards them.
• The missed shot by the man represents rejection and discarded Tyler’s works.
• The discarded Tyler’s shotgun shell represents the Tyler’s feeling discarded, anxious, and depressed after being rejected for their work.

Here are also Easter eggs in this music video based on what I watched:

• Those colors light blue and yellow on the shotgun shells painted by Tyler refer to the themed colors from their album “Scaled and Icy”.
• The two rabbits that Tyler put onto the shell and shot by the man with the black suit refer to the bridge lyrics of “Heavydirtysoul”.
  “Death inspires me like a dog inspires a rabbit.”
• One of the rabbits holds with a heart inside the jar that Tyler put onto the shell refers one of the lyrics of “A Car, A Torch, A Death”.
  “But for now you told me to hold this jar and when I look inside, I saw it held your heart.”
