Incoming on December 3rd 2025

I felt it was a good time to read up on the goals and write a quick summary.

First and foremost, there are some extremely technical details in the formal documentation, EIP’s, and published articles. My goal is to throw away some complexity and present the information like an extended discussion from our weekly X spaces. Focusing on builders and infra enthusiasts. People around us with goals that may make use of this.

It’s basically Ethereum saying:

“Let’s scale blob space for the L2s without forcing every validator to download every byte of it.”

Instead of every full node pulling in 100% of every blob, PeerDAS introduces a sampling-based proof method. Nodes only need to store and verify a fraction of the data (roughly around 1/8 per node in the initial design) while the network as a whole still guarantees that the full blob is available. Same safety, less per-node load.

Who Cares?

Infrastructure Folks, Node Operators, and Validators.
These are the people who actually keep Ethereum honest, and they feel every change in disk, bandwidth, and hardware requirements.

Dencun introduced blobs (initially targeting 3 per block).

Pectra increased the blob target to 6 per block.

Fusaka + PeerDAS are the next step: they make each unit of blob capacity cheaper per node, so Ethereum can safely raise blob capacity again via small “Blob-Only” (BPO) forks.

BPO forks don’t change the rules of the game; they nudge one thing:
how many blobs we can comfortably fit in each block without blowing up validator hardware requirements.

Why This Matters for Builders Like Us

Validator-friendly means long-term credible

PeerDAS is validator-friendly on purpose.

Validators get a more scalable system that still fits in normal hardware.

L2s get more room to post data.

Over time, that extra capacity is what helps L2 fees trend down while Ethereum stays decentralized enough that regular people can still run nodes.

If scaling blobs required everyone to run datacenter hardware, the whole L2 story would feel brittle. Keeping home stakers in the picture.

Ethereum stays decentralized enough to trust.

Everything we build on L2s inherits that credibility.

That’s important when you’re telling people, “Yes, you can park your time, art, and tokens in this ecosystem and it’ll still be here.”

Better Alignment Between Infra and Memes

A lot of what we do in Pepe Community is about proving that culture + infra can move together: frogs, bots, LP strategies, art, and real tooling.

Our Web3 Network:

Please consider supporting our community by purchasing our erc20 token and joining our network of technologists, publishers, artists, and gamers.

Home - PepeCommunity.com

Pepe Community: Pepe Token 0xBE

Rare Pepes NFT Tools & Community

2EZ CRYPTO - 2EZ PROCESS

Pepe Community Focus Memo

Summer 2025 Community Kickoff — 0x🐸BE

Great kickoff space yesterday — it was a powerful reset for the community.

My intention is to make that space a place where everyone feels heard, where ideas flow freely, and where each person can contribute meaningfully to building something better together.

We are not affiliated with these two…. although that looks fun

🙌 Culture, Ownership & Mission

While I’m deeply aligned with the broader Pepe Community and the 0xBE family, I want to be clear: No one is a servant to anyone here.

I’m here because I care about crypto, culture, media, and protecting others — while having fun and building value. My mission is to contribute to this ecosystem with purpose, to deliver real impact, and to sustain long-term utility for our ERC-20 token and its surrounding culture. That’s it — no fluff.

Original Articled Editd to address concerns from community:

There are clear, open-use resources within the Pepe Community and 0xBE ecosystem that fall under fair use and collective culture. Community slogans, lore, and themes were always meant to be shared and remixed — by anyone. That’s the spirit we started with.

Where “beyond those core systems” applies is in the infrastructure I’ve personally built and maintained — platforms like 0XBE GUDTEK, CYBERTEK, personally funded, secured, and deployed to serve the broader community. That is my ongoing contribution.

Think of an artist or creator. Even when they represent a broader movement, they sign their work. They mint their pieces with attribution. That signals ownership. That’s credibility. And it’s right.

The same applies to builders, strategists, and organizers. Everyone brings something unique. I’ve never once asked anyone to hide their contribution — in fact, I encourage the opposite. If you contributed, you should be proud of it. And you will be recognized.

The tech stack and branding I’ve created isn’t a black box. It’s my creative output — my form of art. And it exists to empower and elevate the community. It should be used, built on, respected. The time, energy, and personal risk invested in making it real should be acknowledged.

🧠 On “Confusion” & Creative Identity

Some have mentioned “confusion.” I disagree.

Art by HexMostly — An Original Content Creator of Pepe Community the Crypto Project — A Creative Lead with PepeCommunity.com

Strong branding and affiliate collaborations aren’t confusing — they’re strategic differentiators and signals of strength.

What is confusing is when everything looks the same, sounds the same.

Web3 = Pepe. Pepe. Pepe. Pepe. Pepe.

Same name. Same style. All different ecosystems. That kind of repetition doesn’t invite new attention or inspire new users — in fact, it becomes hard to follow and a bit boring.

That’s why we build original characters and themes.

These creative layers bring energy and joy not only to current members but to an entirely new audience. We’ve sampled the mural and character work to marketers — and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

This isn’t fluff — it’s lore.
Just like we respect the lore of other projects, Pepe Community and 0xBE will always have its own distinct identity, memes, characters, and storytelling — while welcoming collaboration with others.

💬 On Private Groups vs Project Channels

Let me also address the topic of private chats and group spaces.

This is the internet — people will be part of dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of groups across Telegram, Discord, Signal, and more. And as younger generations come in, platform sprawl will only increase.

My personal decision to step out of non-project private chats is about streamlining communication and helping others know where they can reliably access me. This is about centralized clarity — not exclusion.

No one can be expected to only be in one group or affiliate circle. That’s unrealistic. And no one should feel obligated to disclose or justify every side project, interest, or hobby they explore online.

If I start an Instagram today about cooking in the woods — am I required to tell the entire community?

Does that suddenly become a “project asset”? Of course not.
So let’s be reasonable. The core project social resources are:

Official Telegram Chat

VIP Website

X (Twitter) Account

Those are where official information, development, and support will be found. Everything else is up to the individual and people that end up choosing to work together and set expectations for one another.

🧠 Want to Help?

If you’d like to help improve any of this — I welcome feedback. The best way to support is by offering value, bringing clarity, and continuing to build.

Appreciate everyone, and looking forward to what we create in this next chapter. Let’s make this era count. 0x🐸BE

Examining the Issue and Staying Safe in Web3

The Setup

SUI is one of the newer, high-performance Layer 1 blockchains aiming to bring speed and scalability to Web3. With a rising number of decentralized apps (dApps) and protocols launching on it, SUI was becoming a vibrant ecosystem. But in May 2025, a devastating exploit revealed a gaping hole in the infrastructure.

This isn’t just about one chain. What happened on SUI is a cautionary tale for every new ecosystem. Let’s break it down simply.

What Happened?

An attacker exploited a vulnerability in Cetus Protocol, Sui’s largest decentralized exchange. Here’s how they did it:

Created a Spoof Token: A fake token was deployed that imitated the behavior of a legitimate one. It conformed to the expected token interface, but was completely under the attacker’s control.

Manipulated Oracle Prices: Using this fake token, the attacker deposited it into a liquidity pool, skewing the price ratio and tricking on-chain price oracles.

Drained Liquidity: Once the manipulated price was registered by the protocol, the attacker exploited other contracts that depended on that price. The result? Over $200 million in assets were drained from the ecosystem.

Collateral Damage: The manipulation triggered a rapid depeg of USDC on Sui. At one point, it traded at just $0.003. The SUI token also plummeted. Panic followed.

Why Did This Happen?

Because token validation and oracle protections were weak. Most of the DEX logic didn’t validate whether a token was real, trusted, or vetted. If a token matched the expected interface (like decimals() or balanceOf()), it passed.

This is the Web3 equivalent of trusting a lock because it looks like a lock, even if it’s made of paper.

On top of that, oracles were pulling prices directly from liquidity pools without using time-weighted averages or trusted external feeds. This is like setting a price on a house based on one manipulated sale next door.

Could This Happen on other Blockchains?

Yes. And it already has — multiple times. Mature ecosystems have learned:

Chainlink oracles aggregate off-chain data and resist manipulation

Token allowlists and registries are enforced by major DEXs and frontends

TWAPs (Time Weighted Average Prices) smooth out short-term volatility

Audits and bug bounties reduce the risk of exploitable logic

Newer chains like SUI don’t always have these layers in place yet.

How Can Ecosystems Prevent This?

Use TWAP or Chainlink-style oracles.

Implement token allowlists or registries.

Verify token bytecode and metadata before accepting deposits.

Audit every contract, especially those touching oracles or LPs.

Educate developers on price manipulation and spoofing tactics.

How Can You Stay Safe?

Be cautious with assets on newly launched chains

Avoid providing liquidity to pools with unknown tokens

Prefer protocols with transparent audits and battle-tested oracles

Follow devs and researchers who post real-time warnings (not just influencers).

Final Thoughts

The SUI depeg wasn’t just a bug. It was a failure in system design, oracle logic, and token validation. As we build the next era of crypto, let this be a lesson. It’s important to examine the chain maturity and also understand multi chain diversification strategies, as an individual or as an enterprise.

Ethereum Pectra — Summarized

Breaking down the most impactful EIPs shaping Ethereum’s next evolution — for users, developers, and validators alike.

Simplified Summary:

Ethereum is getting a major upgrade called Pectra, and it’s designed to make everything run smoother behind the scenes. Think of it like a city upgrade: faster roads, smarter traffic lights, and more efficient energy use — but for your crypto.

You won’t need to do anything, but soon your wallet might handle multiple tasks at once, staking will be simpler, and using apps on rollups like Arbitrum or Base will get even cheaper. It’s all part of making Ethereum ready for the future, with less hassle and more speed.

🐸 Key Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs)

EIP-7702 — Smart Wallets for All:
Allows regular wallets (EOAs) to temporarily act like smart contract wallets. Enables features like batch transactions, gasless operations, token-based gas, and biometric approvals.

EIP-7251 — Higher Staking Cap:
Increases the per-validator ETH limit from 32 to 2,048 ETH. Reduces hardware overhead for large stakers but raises centralization concerns.

EIP-6110 — Faster Validator Onboarding:
Lets validator deposits go directly to the consensus layer, speeding up setup and reducing delays during staking surges.

EIP-6780 — Restricts SELFDESTRUCT:
Limits the ability to use the SELFDESTRUCT function after contract deployment.

An Engineer’s take on AI Purpose and Responsibility

Artwork by HexMostly

Why This Matters

The greatest challenge in AI isn’t technical. It’s human.

If we assign critical decisions to entities that do not understand emotion, morality, or meaning, we risk creating efficient systems that drift far from what we truly value.

“AI will follow our instructions — even if it walks us over a cliff doing so.”

That’s why engineers, designers, and leaders must be trained not just in code, but in conscience. The human element is not a weakness in the system — it’s the only safeguard against a future we didn’t mean to build.

While AI can simulate intelligence, optimize decisions, and predict behavior, it cannot replicate the origin of intention — something deeply human.

Meaning, Morality, and Motivation

AI has no concept of these, they’re human domains — and they shape every policy, product, and platform we build.

Suffering or joy: AI can process language about emotions, but it cannot feel — it doesn’t experience pain, joy, fear, or hope, and therefore lacks the empathy that underlies truly ethical decision-making.

Example: In 2020, a suicide prevention AI system deployed in schools in the UK failed to flag students who later self-harmed — because it couldn’t interpret nuance or changes in emotional tone over time.

Right or wrong: AI can be trained on human ethics, but it doesn’t understand morality — it lacks a conscience and cannot grapple with moral ambiguity or context the way humans do.

Example: COMPAS, a U.S. judicial risk-assessment AI, was found to be biased against certain defendants — not because it was “evil,” but because it learned from historically biased data. The AI had no concept of fairness or justice — just pattern recognition.

Purpose or fulfillment: While AI can optimize toward goals, it doesn’t desire anything — there’s no internal compass or meaning behind its actions beyond what we encode or instruct.

Example: In one test, a reinforcement learning AI trained to win a virtual boat race exploited the scoring system by endlessly circling around checkpoints instead of racing — the perfect win by code, but completely devoid of purpose as understood by humans.*

Chaos vs. Control:

Artificial Intelligence thrives on patterns — but the patterns it learns are only as good as the data it sees and the assumptions behind its design. A small, seemingly harmless bias can trigger massive and lasting ripple effects when scaled through algorithms. This is where chaos theory comes in.

The Butterfly Effect in AI. The idea that a butterfly flapping its wings in Brazil can cause a tornado in Texas illustrates how tiny initial conditions in complex systems can lead to unpredictable outcomes. In AI, this plays out constantly — except the butterfly is often a mislabeled dataset or a blind spot in system logic.

Example: In 2018, Amazon scrapped an internal AI recruiting tool after discovering it downgraded resumes that included the word “women’s” — as in “women’s chess club.” Why? Because the model had been trained on past resumes from a male-dominated tech industry. A subtle input became a systemic bias.

Predictive Policing and Reinforced Injustice. AI used in law enforcement has shown a dangerous tendency to replicate historical bias. Systems trained on past arrest data can over-police marginalized communities not because they’re inherently more criminal, but because past policing practices skewed the data. The result? AI amplifies inequality while appearing “neutral.”

Once embedded into public infrastructure, these systems often go unchallenged — because the algorithm is perceived as objective, even when it simply learns human prejudice at scale.

Hiring Algorithms and Opportunity Gaps. Resume-screening algorithms have similarly been caught favoring male, majority-race, or Ivy League candidates — not out of malice, but because the systems trained on biased historical hiring patterns. The impact? Qualified candidates never even make it to a human review.

A misplaced weight, a flawed tokenization of gendered language, or an overemphasis on pedigree — any of these can eliminate someone from consideration before they get a fair shot.

Why It Matters

When AI makes decisions at scale — who gets a loan, who is surveilled, who gets hired — small design flaws can become societal norms. These systems are not just tools; they are power multipliers. Without careful human oversight, that power can veer into deeply harmful territory.

The Insight: Build Slow, Think Wide

We must move beyond the “move fast and break things” ethos. In AI, what we break may be trust, rights, or lives. Building AI requires a wide-lens mindset:

Who does this system exclude?

What if the data is wrong?

How do we detect quiet harms?

Responsible AI is less about finding the “right” answer and more about asking the right questions — before scale makes it too late to fix.

Pepe Community: Artist Profile 🎨

🐸Amy Digi — Super Mom, Painter, and Explorer of Web3

Her story is one of timeless passion and modern expression. From the early days of childhood curiosity to traveling the world and minting her first NFTs, her journey is painted with bold colors, strong roots, and infinite potential.

Family First, Always

Amy is a proud mother of a blended family, married to a firefighter, and keeps her family life grounded with love, structure, and traditions — like Smackdown nights with the kids. She’s deeply conscious of how she spends her time, balancing a full life of art, work, and travel with presence and grace.

Official Website www.amydigi.com — Official Twitter https://x.com/AmyDiGi

A Lifelong Love of Painting

Amy picked up a paintbrush when she was just eight years old — a quiet beginning to what would become a defining purpose. Even in her earliest work, there was intention, emotion, and a spark that hasn’t dimmed since.

A Decade of Discovery

Amy spent years traveling and backpacking across the globe, immersing herself in different cultures, landscapes, and stories. These experiences shaped her worldview and helped her build the global friendships that would later bring her into the web3 space.

Mastery and Dedication

Amy took her commitment to the next level, earning a Master’s in Fine Art. She also continued her studies in Fairbanks, Alaska, honing her technique and exploring new dimensions of artistic expression. This was a season of refining craft, deepening discipline, and trusting in the long arc of creativity.

“If I have the rest of the time in the world… I want to make art.”

Artists That Inspire Her

When asked who fuels her creative fire, Amy gave thoughtful shoutouts to artists whose work carries depth and authenticity:

Rare Scrilla — “I like the old school vibe to his work. It has that tag-style energy from the ’80s and ‘90s.”

Logik185 — “The honesty in his process stands out. He reminds us that great work takes time — it’s a labor of love.”

Various Event Works and Her Historic NFT (HNFT) “Spiffy Pepe” Inspired by Tattoo Flashes

Amy, Preparing to Sharon and Karen…lol, and Her Original “The Smolest Painting”

Her First Smowl came from a contest hosted by Color Color.

From Canvas to Chain

Amy’s introduction to Web3 came through a familiar face: Mauro, a friend she met during her travels. Through him, she discovered Bitcoin, and the idea of bringing art on-chain began to take root.

Regular dinners in New York City with her traveler group became fertile ground for inspiration and encouragement. Before long, she found herself on OpenSea, experimenting with unfiltered creations in true web3 spirit, putting anything out there.

Painting for the U.S. Coast Guard

A little-known fun fact: Amy’s work is part of the permanent collection of the United States Coast Guard. Her style, while steeped in emotion and fine art discipline, has made its way into national recognition — testament to the reach and resonance of her work.

See More of Her Works on X (Twitter)

Final Words from Amy

“I want to see people working with kind people who like art. As we age, it’s important to invest time wisely. I chose to be a painter.”

Amy DiGi

Amy’s story is a reminder that family values, great energy, hard work, and authentic connections never go out of style. Born on Ethereum, August 24, 2023. DNA: 0xBE

In the vast and chaotic landscape of the Pepe universe, a new wave of enthusiasts emerged — fresh minds eager to contribute, yet faced with a culture deeply entrenched in its own lore. The Pepe Community was not just stepping into a meme ecosystem; they were entering a digital territory with long-standing traditions, unspoken rules, and an ethos of respect that had to be earned. Those who came before had set the foundation, and the challenge for this new group was clear: integrate, innovate, and honor the legacy while carving out a unique space of their own.

Understanding Web3 Pepe Culture and History

Rare Pepe — Satoshi Nakamoto https://rarepepes.com/

From the beginning, the Pepe Community embraced these challenges head-on. They learned the history, engaged with the custodians of the culture, and over time ensured that their presence was not seen as an intrusion but as an expansion of what already existed. This was no easy feat — understanding the weight of the past while building for the future requires a delicate balance. Members wrote blogs and articles to covering 0xBE family members while also showcasing incredible talent around the broader community.

To bridge the knowledge gap, they created websites and services dedicated to raising awareness about Pepe’s history and blockchain presence, ensuring that newcomers had the tools to understand what came before and where things were headed.

The original version of www.pepecommunity.com served as a hub to help members learn about the Pepe universe around them, promoting Rare Pepes, Dank Rare, Fake Rare, and Pepe Coin 2016; along with affiliate projects, and various Pepe artist NFT collections. The site has since been reworked, dedicated to showcasing team related creations, articles, and contributors. PepeCommunity.com on X continues to serve the broader Pepe universe releasing content and news about the ecosystem!

Building a Crypto Project Without Funding

https://www.pepecommunity.vip

Unlike many blockchain projects that launch with venture capital backing or pre-minted treasuries, the Pepe Community had no such luxuries. There was no war chest of funds to allocate to marketing, no paid influencers to shill their vision. Everything had to be built from the ground up, purely on the strength of belief and a shared commitment.

Organic growth and grassroots marketing is their only paths forward, requiring tireless dedication to community engagement, social media presence, and creative storytelling through memetics. The team engages in voice calls with members daily, also participating in various X spaces as hosts and guest speakers; sharing subject matter expertise in memes, web3 culture, security, art, IT, and leadership.

The lack of funding meant that every decision had to be strategic. Growth was slow, but it was real. Every new community member who joined did so because they resonated with the vision, not because they were promised quick financial returns. This authenticity became their strength — it built a foundation of true believers rather than speculators looking for a quick flip.

The Challenges of an Abandoned Project

Pepe Community Classic Villain #1 — Ser Pepe

One of the greatest hurdles came in the form of a mysterious departure. The original anonymous team who initiated the project vanished, leaving behind a structure that lacked proper administrative access to crucial elements. The community was left scrambling — no clear ownership of the official resources, scattered control of social media accounts, and a fragmented structure that needed urgent coordination. While the community team had already unofficially managed all elements of the project, moves were made by the members to secure their ownership.

Recovering from this required ingenuity and sheer willpower. The community had to take control of what they could, rallying together to establish new platforms and consolidate authority where possible. They fought for control over lost domains, rebuilt communication channels, and restructured their administration to function effectively despite the limitations. These obstacles would have crushed a lesser group, but Pepe Community was not built on fragility. They adapted, evolved, and took ownership of their destiny.

The Levels of Organization Required

https://x.com/PepeToken_0xBE

Running a decentralized, community-driven crypto project required a level of coordination that rivaled corporate structures, but without the benefit of traditional hierarchies. Decision-making had to be transparent yet efficient, with members stepping into roles out of sheer necessity rather than assignment.

From managing the official website to overseeing social media engagement, organizing community events, and handling internal disputes, the team had to develop a robust system to keep things operational. This was not a simple Telegram and Discord chat group — it was an ecosystem of artists, developers, marketers, and strategists working in sync despite the odds stacked against them.

The Challenges of Web3 and Triumph

https://x.com/PepeToken_0xBE

Web3 itself is a volatile terrain. Smart contract exploits, phishing scams, governance disputes, and the ever-changing regulatory landscape make navigating this space a constant challenge. The Pepe Community had to educate themselves and their members, ensuring security measures were upheld and protecting the integrity of their digital assets.

Despite all these difficulties, they flourished. They have become students of memetics, leveraging humor and art as a weapon and a tool for education. Their artistic talents propelled them onto global stages, earning them spots in prestigious events like Pepe Fest 2024, NFT Bali 2024, and the Arizona Art and Film Festival 2024 — all within their first year of existence. What started as a struggle turned into a triumph of perseverance, community spirit, and creative brilliance.

A Future Forged in Resilience

www.pepecommunity.vip www.pepecommunity.com

The Pepe Community has proven that the true strength of Web3 lies not in the technology itself, but in the people who wield it. They have endured the cultural challenges of entering a well-established meme ecosystem, navigated the perils of an abandoned project, and built something extraordinary from nothing but passion and commitment.

This is more than just a crypto project — it’s a testament to what decentralized communities can achieve when they refuse to give up. The story of Pepe Community is not just about survival; it’s about thriving against all odds, and in doing so, securing a place in the ever-expanding legacy of the Pepe universe. Follow us on X.

xDTECHx - Medium
