How Liquidity Gets Built: Limit Order Mining

A CLOB only works if there is liquidity, active participants posting bids and asks close to the market price. To incentivize this, Prism runs a program called Limit Order Mining.

Rather than rewarding passive deposits like AMMs do, Limit Order Mining rewards the quality of the liquidity you provide. The protocol runs on bi-weekly Epochs and scores each liquidity provider based on three things: how tight their spreads are, how consistently they are present in the order book, and how much depth they provide. The tighter and more consistent, the higher the score, and the higher your share of $PRSM rewards for that Epoch.

The Prism DAO governs which markets receive liquidity incentives and at what weight, directing emissions toward the markets where deep liquidity matters most.

What Happens to Your $PRSM: Staking

Once you earn or hold $PRSM, you can stake it. Staking $PRSM mints $xPRSM, a liquid receipt token representing your share of the staking pool.

The value of $xPRSM grows through a ratio mechanic rather than manual distributions. As the protocol matures, settlement fees are used to buy back $PRSM on the open market and deposit them into the staking contract. This increases the amount of $PRSM backing every $xPRSM in circulation, without minting new supply. No claiming. No manual management. The ratio simply rises as the protocol grows.

Prism Points: Rewarding Real Conviction

The Prism Points Campaign is a 12-month incentive program that rewards participants based on Net Capital at Risk, not volume.

Now we have on the table the Bonzo Cybernetic NFT Utility which offers unique benefits and utility before being burned (starting at TGE), making possible the claim of $BONZO tokens:

Token Distribution

• Select the pool where you want to provide single sided liquidity

• Insert the number of tokens you want to stake

• Confirm the transaction through your wallet’s interface

The two staking pools are Fixed Staking, consisting of 15 days lock duration with 40% APY (autocompounded), and Flexible Staking with no lock duration and 5% APY (autocompounded). Each pool will have a maximum capacity of 20M $HST.
