Studio Policies
If you have secured a spot with Ai-Studio, here are a few things to note to ensure a successful booking and service experience:
Please Note: management has the right to refuse the service of any person not adhering to any of our studio policies as we see fit.
⚜️Automated Emails and Texts⚜️
When booking with us, all confirmations, invoices/receipts, as well as any updates made to your service will be sent automatically via email. (please be sure to doublecheck your spam folder).
Appointment Reminders Schedule:
Email Reminders: 2 days prior
Text Reminders: 24 hours prior
⚜️Secure Your Appointment⚜️
A security deposit of $100 is required to secure and confirm your attendance within 48hours of the time the booking is placed. Services priced under $100 do not require a deposit, we do, however, ask that you inform us in advance if you suddenly can no longer be in attendance.

⚜️Payment Methods At The Studio⚜️
Currently we accept:
- Cash
- FCB to FCB transfers
- RBL to RBL transfers
- Endcash transfers
⚜️Maintaining The Ambience⚜️
We take great pride in providing a calm, comfortable, and relaxing experience for every client and it’s something we are often complimented on.
To preserve this atmosphere, we are asking all clients to enter the studio quietly and silence your phone(s) upon the start of your service. We appreciate your consideration for others who may be enjoying their treatments alongside you. And of course… we encourage naps here. 😉
⚜️Face Masks Are Mandatory⚜️
Your service provider and you will be in an enclosed space, in close proximity, for the entirety of your service. With that being said, please reschedule if you start exhibiting any flu-like symptoms. Masks will be provided for all others who need one.
⚜️Lamination + Wax Clients⚜️
Please note that if you are on any acne medication (such as retinol, tretinoin or any products containing AHA, BHA, other chemical exfoliants) it’s recommended that you cease use at least 2 weeks prior to your wax and/or lamination appointment to avoid irritation after the service(s). Accutane users are recommended to stop use at least 6-12 months prior to getting a lamination done.
If the recommended wait time coincides with your booked appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule to another date and time.
⚜️Punctuality⚜️
All services are time sensitive therefore late fees are in effect and will be automatically added to your service invoice:
- after 15 mins: $50.00
- after 30 mins: $80.00
- anything later than 30mins results in cancellation - all with consideration for the person scheduled after you.
Please inform us ahead of time if you’re cancelling, running late or will no longer be making it to your appointment.
⚜️Cancellation Procedure⚜️
All Cancellations or Reschedule requests must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time to be considered a valid cancellation. This can be done via phone call, WhatsApp or your initial confirmation email.
- In the case of a valid cancellation, your booking fee would be considered transferable (to a new date).
- Invalid cancellations done less than 48 hours in advance would result in a forfeited security deposit (non-refundable and non-transferable).
- "No Call, No Show" clients and last minute cancellations risk the chance of being blacklisted from future bookings after multiple occasions. In the case of no deposit, a fee of $100 would be added to your next booking should you choose to rebook.
