This app is super buggy. It randomly stops playing and when you manually hit play again, it will restart the chapter. Or, it will just randomly close. It also doesn't track the progress great. Sometimes, it will show certain chapters as incomplete, even though I check and verify I had indeed finished them. Not quite the experience I expected for the amount of money I spent on this subscription.

Barely Functional - High Data Use! I put the class on listen-only mode (no video, although video quality is on Standard) and it used 6gb in 2 hours of listening!!! No joke. And not because of pending downloads. Unbelievable. There are also issues with playback continuing after disconnecting the phone from Bluetooth with no way to stop it, even by closing the app!

Great lectures. BUT they will change your plan, and not let you change it until the next billing cycle, in a year! I was charged for the upgraded plan when thar was not what I chose. I emailed support but get auto replies from an AI that doesn't address the issue I am having. The website and the app will not let you change the plan, it just is cyclical by telling you to go back to the app. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT BUY.
