Mara Schiffren, PhD, was born in New York City and moved around between the two coasts of the USA as a child. She grew up in love with myths and history and read widely. After college she moved to Israel for a few years to pursue her interest in studying Jewish history and religion. There, she became passionate about her studies and decided to pursue advanced academic work. This culminated in a Doctorate in The Study of Religion with a focus on Jewish history and theology during the Hellenistic and Roman periods. This was a time when three powerful cultures met and clashed and out of the cataclysm, modern Western culture began its formation. She currently resides in North Salem, NY, with a dog and a cat, where she writes for local papers and coaches Peak Performance and Creativity.

John R Spender is a 38th time International Best-Selling co-author, who didn’t learn how to read and write at a basic level until he was ten years old. Misun Oh is a spiritual life coach, transformational parenting mentor, speaker, and former educator who has spent nearly two decades supporting families and guiding personal growth.
