What is a membership?
A membership is unlimited lift-served riding at OZ Trails Bike Park, billed monthly. It includes unlimited lift access whenever the park is open, members-only previews and events, and 15% off guest passes. It's month-to-month — cancel anytime.
How do I sign up?
Visit oztrailsbikepark.com and click “Become a Member.” You'll need a credit or debit card and an email address.
What are the park hours?
Lifts and hiking trails are open from 10am to 7pm— hiking trails open with the lift, so there's no early-morning hiking access. The park is closed Tuesday and Wednesday— those are our weekly rest days for trail maintenance and crew recovery. We're open the rest of the week (Thursday through Monday).
What is the family membership?
The family membership covers two adults and children under 18 per household at $249.99/mo. You can add up to 3 children to your account online. For more than 3 children, stop by the Customer Service desk at the Bike Park HQ building.

When am I billed?
Your first month is charged today, then your membership renews monthly on the same date. Cancel anytime.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No. Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment — cancel anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you're welcome to rejoin later at the current rate.
Can I apply a day pass or single ride purchase toward a membership?
Yes. If you purchase a day pass, half-day pass, or single ride, you can apply that purchase toward a membership on the same day. Ask guest services at the retail desk at OZ Trails HQ.
When do I receive my pass?
You can pick up your membership pass at the OZ Trails Bike Park HQ.
When can I start riding?
Right away once the park is open — lifts run Thursday through Monday, 10am to 7pm. The park opens to the public June 12, 2026.
What does the 15% discount cover?
Members get 15% off guest passes — no limit, so you can bring your whole crew.
