ARC Review - I couldn't stop reading!
Lennon needs to disappear for a few months and ends up at Mercy River Ranch, not knowing that it actually caters to veterans and first responders. Jeremiah is one of the owners and is highly suspicious of this city girl who doesnāt fit the mould of their typical guest. But thereās still something about her that draws him in and makes his protective instincts flare up. This story will have you on the edge of your seat from the very first page!
The characters are very well written and you never question their decisions. I mean, you do, but they always make sense for who they are. The chemistry between Lennon and Jeremiah keeps you engaged from the start and their relationship feels natural. The pacing reflects the situations in the book, which enhanced my reading experience.
I saw the twist coming, but I was so excited about being right that it didnāt affect my opinion of the book. You wonāt be left with an unsatisfying ending.
The spicy scenes progressed alongside the relationship and didnāt feel purely physical or forced. I would rate the spice between open door and explicit open door.
If you like romantic suspense, pick this book up right now! And if itās not your usual genre, give it a shot, it might surprise you!

ARC Review
Weston convinces his personal assistant, Lena, to marry him in order to fulfil the terms of his grandfather's will and inherit a Scottish estate. Obviously, adventure ensues.
This was such a fun read. Think rom-com with spice. Weston and Lena had a natural chemistry that made the story easy to read. Their chemistry felt natural and there were enough meddling side characters to keep things entertaining throughout.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good marriage-of-convenience romance.

ARC Review
Now thatās spicy!
Penelope canāt stand Declan, but when theyāre forced to live together for a month, she learns a thing or two about pleasure.
Declan was one of my favourite grumps. The way he takes care of and prioritises Penelope was genuinely beautiful to read and their relationship developed naturally throughout the story.
The spice is definitely a major part of the book, but it never overshadowed the plot or emotional connection. It felt balanced rather than overdone. That being said, it was absolutely explicit and plentifulš„š„š„š„š„
If youāre looking for a spicy romance with sweetness, tension and a hero who falls hard, this one is worth picking up.
