What time does the event start?

Doors open at 8:30am. Please don’t arrive earlier unless you’ve been invited for an early access session or setup.
What is the dress code?

Very casual - we want everyone to be comfortable throughout the day. Trainers, jeans, and relaxed attire are all perfectly fine.
Will there be photography and videography?

Yes, there will be event photography and videography throughout the day. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let the photographer know when you arrive.
Will sessions be recorded or available to watch after the event?

There are currently no plans to release session recordings, though this may change. Keep an eye on event communications for any updates.
Is there food and drink provided during the day?

Yes! We’ll be providing breakfast, lunch, and evening canapés, as well as tea, coffee, water, and an open bar towards the end of the day.
Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague if I can’t attend?

Yes - tickets can be transferred to a colleague. Please email [email protected] at least 7 days before the event to arrange this.
Can I get a refund?

Yes - refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Please contact [email protected] to request one.
Will there be an official after-party?

Absolutely - and it’s one not to be missed. The after-party is included in your ticket, with full details to be shared closer to the event.
