Once you approve the quote and payment is confirmed, we immediately begin the repair work on your device.

Everything you need to know before booking your repair.

How do I get and use my order number?
When you submit a repair request, a unique order number (for example QF-1234) is automatically generated and shown on your confirmation screen. Tap the digits to copy them instantly, and use the save option to store the number in your notes or files. To check your repair status at any time, press the Track My Order button at the top of the page, enter your 4-digit number, and press Search.
What if I lost my order number?
If you have lost your order number, contact Support and provide your full name and the phone number used when placing the order. Our team will look up your order and help you continue tracking your repair.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are completed within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your device and confirming payment. More complex repairs such as motherboard replacements may take up to 2–3 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Every repair comes with a 45-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same issue reoccurs within 45 days of your repair, we'll fix it at no extra charge.
How do I send my device to you?
Pack your device securely using bubble wrap or foam. Choose any shipping carrier you prefer and ship it to our location. Include your name and phone number inside the package.
What if the final price is different from the website?
If the price differs from what was discussed, we will contact you before proceeding — you are never charged without your approval.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery or bank transfer via SNB AlAhli Bank. Payment must be completed before we begin the repair.
Do you sell repair parts?
No, we do not sell parts separately. QuestFix is a repair service only. We use genuine, high-quality parts in our repairs, but we do not offer direct part sales to customers.
How do I claim my warranty?
To claim your warranty, you must present your original electronic receipt dated within 45 days of the repair. Contact Support with your receipt as proof. Important: the warranty is immediately void if the device has been opened, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than QuestFix. Do not attempt to open your device yourself — doing so cancels your warranty with no exceptions.
Who pays for shipping?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways — sending the device to QuestFix and receiving it back after repair. QuestFix is not responsible for any shipping fees or damages that occur during transit.
Can I cancel my repair after sending the device?
Once a repair has been started it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before work begins, contact Support as soon as possible. Once the repair is in progress, no cancellations or refunds are accepted.
What if there is an issue with my repaired device?
If you experience a problem after receiving your repaired device, contact Support right away — every repair is covered by a 45-day warranty. Do not open or attempt to repair the device yourself, as this voids your warranty.
How do I contact customer support?

QuestFix is not responsible for any shipping fees, delays, or damages that occur during transit. Shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
Once a repair has been started, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you want to proceed before dropping off or shipping your device.
All repairs are covered by a 45-day warranty on parts and labour. Warranty is void if the device is tampered with after repair.
Payment is due immediately upon delivery of your device to QuestFix. Repair work will only begin once full payment has been received and confirmed. We accept two payment methods: Cash on delivery, or bank transfer via SNB AlAhli Bank.
You are responsible for shipping your device to QuestFix using any shipping carrier of your choice. You must ensure your device is packaged securely and safely to prevent any damage during transit. QuestFix will not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging or mishandling by the shipping carrier.
QuestFix is not liable for any pre-existing damage, data loss, or issues unrelated to the agreed repair service.
! IMPORTANT WARNING

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE VOID OF YOUR WARRANTY AND MAY RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF SERVICE WITHOUT ANY REFUND OR COMPENSATION.
