Need help

I was recently send almost $600 USD in crypto form VIA USDC it has been a few hours now with no change to the wallet, I confirmed that it is the same wallet from the block chain just to make sure there were 0 typos. While I was on there the Blockchain did show although the exact amount I received had went through to the wallet, so the chain recognizes that it transferred successfully to me but my actual app has not updated to recognize the $600 worth of USDC I have in the account.
