A big shout-out to Carol, the conceirge (the Centre, Burnaby). My tenant moved out and I urgently need to know if the tenant had any outstanding by-laws infraction fines. Carol was quick to reply to my email inquiry. She also double check if there’s any instruction from the council to issue any fine against the tenant to cover all the bases. As a landlord, the info was very important, because once I returned the damage deposit, and only to discover later that there’s outstanding fines, I would not be able to easily to get the tenant to pay them. I am very grateful to her attentive assistance, and have much respect for her hardwork and prefessionlism. On another incident that happened 2 years ago. I called to setup a homeowner account to access my strata portal. All 3 persons at REMI’s office that I talked to (front desk person, property manager (Elton Wat) and his assistant (Mia Rico)) were very familiar with their system and provided assistance with much patience. I also called about AC issue, and the property manager took the time to explain to me in detail why the AC is actually working just fine. With the knowledge I was able to explain to my tenant with full confidence that the system is fine.

Excellent service! Our manager goes above and beyond to look after our property. I can even pay strata fees on their portal directly, no other companies are offering that.
